The Timeless Chesterfields brand is owned and operated by Saxon Furniture Ltd, an employee-owned British company who have been expertly hand-crafting Chesterfield leather and fabric furniture for 40 years.
The success of the company can be attributed to the dedication and ethos of producing the finest Chesterfields in the country, without exception. Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.
As a company, we believe in being completely open about how our products are crafted and what materials we use. So much so that we invite you to come along personally to watch the expert skills and eye for detail of our master craftsmen first hand via our unique viewing gallery in our showroom.
It's an honesty that has served us well for 40 years and is evident not only in the workshop but across the company from, the showroom staff to customer services to the delivery team to our support staff. I ordered two Highgrove sofas in Linara Stone
I ordered two Highgrove sofas in “Linara Stone” for delivery to the south of France. My order was received and managed by Delphine in the Blois office. The sofas are exactly as advertised, both beautiful in design and manufactured to a very high standard (I have an existing Stanhope sofa in leather that looks new after 12 years of daily usage). Not only are the products exceptional but the service provided by Delphine was outstanding, my order was processed very smoothly and I was kept informed from order to delivery. Great company, great products.
J'ai commandé deux canapés Highgrove en "Linara Stone" pour une livraison dans le sud de la France. Ma commande a été reçue et gérée par Delphine au bureau de Blois. Les canapés sont exactement comme annoncés, à la fois beaux dans leur design et fabriqués à un niveau très élevé (j'ai déjà un canapé Stanhope en cuir qui a l'air neuf après 12 ans d'utilisation quotidienne). Non seulement les produits sont exceptionnels mais le service fourni par Delphine a été remarquable, ma commande a été traitée très facilement et j'ai été tenue informée de la commande à la livraison. Excellente entreprise, excellents produits.

Survived 8 years of rental tenants and still look great
We ordered a 3 and 2 seater Chesterfield and an armchair back in 2014. Shortly after we moved to Australia and rented our place our furnished, including the Chesterfields (don't ask!). When we returned after 8 years, the house and the rest our furniture had taken a massive battering from 6 tenant families over the years but the Chesterfields still look like new (almost!), a testament to the sheer build quality of these products.

Your service representatives were friendly, answered all my questions and sent samples as requested. The finished pieces are beautiful, arrived when I was told and now I have the rest of the room to refurbish. The rug, valances, drapes pillows and a side side table. I just got my new sofa bed Timeless…
I just got my new sofa bed from Timeless Chesterfields and I love it. I would like to thank Cristina in NY for all the help she provided to make this a very easy transaction.
I was nervous about ordering something all the way in England, but Cristina made it very easy. She kept in touch all the way to keep me updated.
The only wrinkle was getting it paid for. The site where you make the payment should put a message that if you are ordering out of the country, you will have to call a special number to your credit card issuer to verify that you are actually the one doing the ordering. Instead, the payment gets rejected then they flash the number you should call which disappears before you can even finish writing it down. Plus, the print is so small you can barely read it.
Other than that, this was a terrific experience. I looked all over to find a Chesterfield that would fit in my space and Timeless Chesterfield was the only place where I could find the size I need and came with a bed! I love my sofa and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Timeless Chesterfield is absolutely top notch! I highly recommended them. The chesterfield couches we received were perfection and stunning. The entire process of purchasing from overseas was a little scary for us. Christina was so patient with us, walked us through every step and communicated in a timely manner. We were able to customize and pick out all the accessories. They have a huge selection of leathers and fabrics. We chose white glove delivery derive and it was outstanding. A beautiful Chesterfield chair ordered by telephone from Spain to Saxon of Bolton to be delivered to Spain. Delivery was excellent the people at Saxons kept in touch until it arrived at my house. The quality was superb made by master craftsmen, I cannot recommend Saxsons enough what a pleasure to deal with such professional people.
