Pay Attention to the Negative Reviews
Don't bother with this company. They take forever to ship, and are unresponsive to any inquiries. It'll feel like you've just flushed your money down the tubes. I had to resort to filing for a refund via Paypal, which is a huge pain in the behind.

I would like to retract the statement Dont buy anything from TimeByME
TimeByMe have replaced my watch with a new one The length of time must have been because of COVID-19.
I will upgrade to 3 star because it caused a lot of frustration that I received no feedback from TimeByMe that I was going to get a replacement watch.
Dont buy anything from TimeByMe - SCAM
I bought a watch Christmas last year and it stopped working in March. I sent off for repair with a Post Office Sign-on Receipt to ensure they got it.
I had a couple of replys saying it was in repair and should be sent back - That was over a month ago. Now I send emails and I get a System Error deliverable to them.

SCAM - I have posted an order almost a month…
I have posted an order almost a month ago, and since then, no watch has been dispatched, plus Timebyme does not anwser any emails or phone calls. Seems to be a SCAM, beware....

Great product at a great price
Great product at a great price. I purchased a Laco watch which arrived in a few days and it was the current model with the second hand hack feature. I did check to see that Time by me were an authorised Laco dealer, and they are one.

Great watch, excellent service
Like others I was slightly wary of buying £200+ watch online during COVID but read some good reviews of TimeByMe and decided to risk it - we can’t give all our money to Amazon!
I can safely report no issues at all - just a wonderful service and what in every way seems a genuine product. From first purchase, the communications were great - the watch shipped faster than indicated with clear shipping updates and tracking numbers - and I had my watch from France much quicker than most mail in the UK!
All well packaged with certificate of authenticity. With the model I picked, my only minor issue is the leather strap has less holes than other watches I’ve tried and my main Tissot, so I am using the tightest hole - I’d say I have average wrists - so a shame I will have to buy another strap or create a new hole in this strap for a secure fit.
Other than that - I can say no issue at all recommending this company for great price and excellent service.

Pleased with my purchase
I couldn't find many reviews for this company and the price appeared to be too good to be true hence I nearly didn't buy the watch I wanted. I was paranoid about getting scammed during the pandemic and losing a few hundred pounds. I decided to get the watch after all. It arrived from France within 4 days of me making an order and everything is as it should be. The parcel was dispatched with tracking and the item itself was securely packed. Really pleased with my purchase.
