I think these guys may have gone bust as I returned a watch in February for repair and have never heard from them again! I tried emailing and phoning but no response. Shame as they were good up until now. Obviously they are French so no idea if I can get my watch back or get a refund.

Easy to order, at a better price than any other. Came earlier than expected in good packaging to keep not just the watch, but the box in perfect condition. Will definitely buy from these again.

The Original Spitfire watch I received started gaining time after 1 week's usage after contacting Marta regarding this issue the watch was collected and returned for repair or replacement, within 10 days a new watch was received and this has kept perfect time, the watch is a stunning piece of craftsmanship and would strongly recommend Timebyme for great customer service.

Let’s keep this simple…it’s my sons’ birthday and his FIRST watch. I’ve read some of the reviews and can truly say I am VERY happy with my experience in dealing with TIMEBYME. I too had a hiccup with DHL but the Mgr, Aurelien, addressed my concern immediately.

Did I mention I have another son - you know where this is going right…I will *HAPPILY* be depositing more funds with “TBM” - oh, and THAN I’ll BE JEALOUS and treat myself - everybody wins!

Since I have had reason to contact their customer services department by email and my problem was dealt with very quickly within 24 hours and I was very satisfied with the outcome. TimeByMe is an excellent and professional company to deal with.
I am a Watch Collector based in the North of England and have recently ordered a Zeppelin Automatic Chronograph Watch from TimeByMe at an extremely competitive price, which included all taxes and delivery. I was quoted, an anticipated, four-day delivery period but it was with me, very securely packed, in perfect condition, via DHL Express in two days. The DHL tracking system worked like a dream and I was able to follow my parcel's progress at all stages of its journey.
Overall, I cannot fault my experience with TimeByMe they do a superb job and respond very quickly to your needs. Now that I have discovered them I will no doubt be ordering again when I find another Watch of interest - Highly Recommended!

I was nervous when I realized that the watch was coming from abroad but it arrived early and I had good tracking and communication throughout. Merci!

Initially went very well and always shipped out fast.

However, a month into owning the watch the dial seemed to come loose upon turning the crown. This was sent back over Christmas so understandably took longer than expected. I requested for a refund or exchange but they insisted they could repair the watch, of which they are fully in their right to do, despite my protest in the moment.

A few weeks later I am told a new watch would be sent instead of a repair. The watch received was not the model that I returned. I asked for this to be sorted and several days later I had a response and the watch was returned.

I was then left for a month without any form of contact letting me knowing if it had been received or if a new one would be sent. Upon asking for an update, I received a reply several days later and a new watch was sent.

What I have received is clearly not new as there are no tags, marks on the underside of the lugs and the warranty card stamp has been rubbed off and restamped with a recent date.

I would request for this to be remedied or explained however at this point I am just tired of the issue.

- The product was faulty after just over 1 month of use (dial loose upon moving crown) so no it would not be unusual to request a refund.
- Yes, the order was amended with a different reference number minutes after initially ordering. I can see how this could cause a mix up down the line, but to blame me for sending the wrong replacement out is concerning.
- The lack of tags and marks on the lugs (unlike the previous two I have received) leads me to be suspicious that this is in fact new as stated in addition to the amended stamp.
- I appreciate you covering the cost of postage however the consumer should never have to cover this when returning a faulty or incorrect item.

This has been the most awesome experience with ANY company, that I've ever had!!!!!!!!... the watch came from France and made it to me in the US, in a matter of 4 days!!!!.(and that was the normal FREE shipping).. and in one piece!!!!!!!!... incredible right????...I don't get that kind of service having something delivered to me FROM THE US!!!!!!!!!... and the watch was even better in person.... so if you're thinking about buying from this company, but you're on the fence, don't be, this was a VERY VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SATISFYING EXPERIENCE... from delivery to the actual product 😊👍👍👍

I ordered from this website a week ago, and my order was delivered today! The watch is absolutely beautiful. The nicest watch I’ve seen. I have seen reviews saying their watch has stopped working, obviously I can not comment on this as I’ve only just received this and it’s a Christmas gift. So far all good though. Can’t wait for my husband to see his new watch!

4 stars given because original watch received was not the exact reference model ordered. The dial colour was wrong.

However when raised with Aurelian this was very quickly rectified. Emailed to let them know after usual business hours on Friday evening. DHL shipping reference was received same day with pick up to send the incorrect watch back the following Monday at no personal cost to me. Watch was shipped Monday night and the correct model was received in the UK the Thursday of the same week. Contact was made by Aurelian throughout the whole process.

Cannot fault the customer service in relation to the original issue and will purchase again.

I bought a beautiful watch from TimebyMe for my son. The watch was supposed to be delivered next Tuesday but it’s my son’s birthday today so I emailed Aurelie and asked if the watch could be delivered today. They did one better and I received the watch twos days after my order - last Tuesday - at no additional cost! Excellent customer service, brilliant watch and at a really great price. Thank you TimebyMe. I will certainly be shopping here again!

I live in Germany Bought two Laco watches the price was great and the delivery was free after 4 days with DHL. The contact by email was very nice and all questions were answered directly. Incidentally, TimeByMe is a contract dealer for Laco watches. Here I will definitely buy again TimeByMe recommend Top. Marcus
