Always very friendly and helpful either on the phone or in person. I spend a lot of time searching for and buying timber and the project cost calculator on their website is by far the best of any UK timber merchant. Highly recommended.

The colour of the wood was just right for making the top of my kitchen table. I was disappointed however that there were gaps between some of the planks when put together. With superior saws, I would have thought this would not happen. I will have to try and put this right before construction.

Good selection of timber with helpful comments and videos. Able to choose a wood which matches our interior space. Ordering straightforward and delivered without delay.

Easy to order online arrived promptly

Great service very friendly and delivered when they said they would.
The order was for multiple different sizes of timber which was double checked prior to order completion. Very satisfied and would use them again and recommend to anyone who needs specific types of timber.

This was my first time ordering from Timbersource. I'm always nervous when ordering online from a company for the first time, but I needn't have been.

I placed my order on Thursday 3rd October 2024, scheduling it to arrive on Monday 7th October 2024.

My order arrived on-time (via DX), very well packaged/protected, with high quality workmanship, and the dimensions were spot on!

I ordered 4x pieces of "Pine, Redwood, Scandinavian, Kiln Dried, Unsorted grade PAR - Planed All Round", in two different sizes. As I no longer have access to tools to cut and plane wood to size, I relied on Timbersource to do this for me. They didn't let me down!

From their friendly and helpful customer service, to their outstanding workmanship, and choice of courier (DX were fantastic), I couldn't be happier.

Excellent service have used this company a few times now and will continue to do so. Sent an enquiry on the last order and they got straight back to me with the answer. Also from order to delivery was very prompt.

Faster delivery than expected but the piece of timber had a considerable bow in it. Just as well thar I'm cutting it down to 200mm pieces!

I purchased a really rather small piece of timber from Timbersource and was concerned about how they could send it through the post without being damaged.
The item was so well packaged it arrived undamaged. There was no delay between my order and the delivery.
I had not shopped with them before but did so because I was unable to find an outlet who stocked the species of timber I required. I will have no hesitation to buy from them in the future. Great service.
