Excellent customer service and high quality products
I bought 5 one-off pieces of timber for a bespoke piece of furniture, after a little error with the size listed online, the same day the guys in the office gave me a call and worked with me to get the exact pieces that I need - incredibly professional and competent.
The timber was great quality, planed and squared perfectly - I would use Timbersource again with no reservations.

Good wood, mixed delivery
A bit mixed - good quality wood, minimal warping, reasonably free of defects, low moisture content. A hell of a lot better than anything I've gotten from B&Q. Delivery was prompt, but we agreed one day and then the they went ahead and delivered it on a completely different day, which was a bit of a pain.

Ordered 9 boards over the Xmas…
Ordered 9 boards over the Xmas period,so I wasn't expecting anything to happen for a few weeks.But 2 days after new year I had a call to say it was out for delivery,and next day it arrived. The boards were very flat and in good condition ,cannot fault the service.

Carpenter, great boards.
New Carpenter here, i needed high quality poplar wood for shutter in my house.
Fantastic quality, 90-95% straight unblemished wood, perfectly cut, good corners, well packaged.
Cons: wasn't sure of delivery times until the product was on its way, I need 8 perfectly straight boards out of 20 delivered in 3 packs, 1st pack of 6 I only had 1 perfectly straight board.
Projects going very well and I'd be happy to order poplar from these people again.
Excellent product, a seasoned Carpenter might not blink at slightly curved panels.

We’re currently looking at ways to sharpen our delivery notifications so our customers have more visibility. Good timber, the delivery can be improved
No complaints about the timber and the cutting - all arrived as described, well wrapped and accurately sized. But the delivery company compromises the service. They give you a fixed delivery window of early morning to late afternoon and it's not possible to reschedule or to get a more precise time, even on the day, so you end up spending a whole day at home waiting for the delivery.
