ZERO STARS IF I COULD!

First off if I could give this company or lack there of.. Zero stars I would! Horrible Horrible customer service! And lord forbid you pay for an item to get to faster than normal shipping because you will pay for it and still wait 2 weeks before it even arrives at your door step. THEN if you need to return an item you purchased on their website you CANNOT return it in store! So you then have to package the item up and send it out ONLY for it to take nearly 3 weeks just to make it back to the warehouse...WHERE it now has sat for almost 2 months without being processed to refund my money... Customer service will give you the run around, constantly tell you they are short staffed... I get COVID...BUT 2 months is to long for an item to be processed... So if you are looking to purchase ANYTHING from this site.. prepare yourself to not get it in a timely manner... DON'T pay for faster shipping you will get ripped off...AND you better hope it fits or you like it because it will be a year before you get your refund!

Less than quality product, terrible customer service

I would not recommend purchasing shoes from this company. I tried to return a pair of white Vans shoes that were destroyed after washing, as per the items washing instructions: wash in cold water and allow to air-dry. However, after they dried, a yellow stain surrounded the rubber part along the bottom of both shoes, traveling up onto the canvas all around both shoes. When I tried to the shoes at the Tilly's in the Fashion Fair Mall in Fresno, CA, one week after purchasing them online with my original receipt, I was refused my money back and told I should not have washed the shoes. Unfortunately, washing garments worn on a daily basis is unavoidable, at some point. However, the day after I purchased the shoes, my puppy stepped on the top side of one shoe leaving a small dirt print. The dirty paw print washed off completely, but the they were ruined by a chemical or glue that was used to make the shoes.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Paid for “2 day shipping” as I needed items for weekend and got them the following week. Items were missing and customer service is arguing with me about them being delivered a day late and it not being far off the date... pathetic company.

Darn shame I can't give zero stars

Darn shame I can't give zero stars. This is a scam company that knows how to skirt laws and businesses. If you pay through Paypal, they know that they can get around Paypal Buyer Protection by mailing you SOMETHING, but not what you order. They will refuse to file a claim with the carrier for missing merchandise. I lost $108.00 with this company because they refuse to work with me, Paypal or BBB. BBB GIVES THEM A D- as a business.

Didn’t know paying for overnight…

Didn’t know paying for overnight shipping means you get it in a few nights. I paid an extra 20 dollars for overnight shipping so my stuff can come to my house “overnight” but it came 2 days later.

My very first time ordering from Tillys…

My very first time ordering from Tillys and I have to say that I was somewhat worried and almost backed out after reading other reviews but now since I have ordered, I simply don't understand the reason for those bad reviews I read because I just ordered this week past and already received my order and it was only 3 days ago and my order is perfect, it was a pair of Adidas shoes and they are just as advertised and I still can't believe how fast delivery was. Never anywhere else have I received such fast delivery except for Amazon in 2 days lol but really I'm so satisfied with my experience at tillys and I would like to say that if anyone is on the fence about whether or not to order from Tillys...I say , you will not be disappointed...I mean, my first time ordering from Tillys and it's been great!

Horrible shipping and service provided

Horrible shipping and service provided. My customer service representative even said they knew the issues happening with their shipping carriers however they still use it to serve customers. They did not provide any solution and my package status is still not updated though its latest delivery is supposed to be today. Do not shop from Tillys online, ever.

I would give this zero starts if it was an option. Earlier last month I ordered a couple of shirts, pair of shoes and a bathing suit top. The bathing suit top came in a plastic bag that read XL (the size I ordered) but inside the top itself was a S. I contacted customer service where the guy was incredibly rude but did end up sending me a coupon code to purchase a replacement. The coupon code however didn’t even work. Flash forward I wait three weeks to retrieve my second package and it is the SAME THING. Size XL bag and a Size S top. This time I choose to go to a different tillys in my area to return and check if they had any in person. Once I saw they did not I gave them one last chance. My mistake. Their customer service employees are super rude and will not own up to their own mistakes. I will think twice before ever ordering from Tillys again.

Terrible shipping

Unfortunately, this company doesn't care about any customer. After they get your money they won't hold responsibility for the delivery. It's unacceptable how they treat the customer. Do your self a favor, DO NOT BUY FROM TILLYS, otherwise your money will be stolen from you!!!!!

I ordered from this company because I had a good experience in store, but I will never shop with this company again due to my online experience. I ordered boots and they were delivered to the wrong address and basically I’m waiting on an order all day and was told I received it. I called FedEx and they told me to have Tilly’s put in a claim and Tilly’s told me I had to wait 24 hours which was bs and then called back. So I called back FedEx and they told me not true to call them back. So when I call back another representative put the item in for investigation and told me that would be several days and the next day I get an email from Zack saying my claim is denied that FedEx said they delivered it. Over $100 I spent to get a sorry dispute it with my bank. Now the next issue is I used Afterpay so now my money is stuck in there because they don’t easily refund either. Not to mention I found the package with the neighbor and I sent it back because now I really don’t want nothing and it’s been in transit now over 14 days. I called Tilly’s again and it’s not their problem when they sent me the label to return the boots. All I did was apply the label and send it backs instructed. They see the item in the system as I do but they will not call to find out what’s going on. It appears everything is my problem now that they have my money. Don’t shop with them they treat you like trash. Very rude and unprofessional people operating this business.

Most ignorant people to be in customer service!! I dealt with 2 people and the 1st one hung up on me and the 2nd just ended the call without saying anything! He could of just said “thank you for choosing tillys. You have a good day...” or even just “goodbye”! Definatelyclose to the top of my list for Most ignorant people I ever dealt with! I will not purchase anything from tillys again! 😡

Took a long time for my package to…

Took a long time for my package to arrive, with no real reason as to why. I had 3 items missing from my order! Three. I had ordered about 9 items, but still... Tilly’s did an “investigation” lol and basically just told me, not our problem. Wow. Terrible “customer service”. The package was not opened or damaged upon arrival. Package delivery took 2 weeks

Package delivery took 2 weeks. My package sat in houston for 6 days before it was finally delivered. There was no weather or anything else effecting this shipment. If my business depended on shipping i would switch to ups. Will not order anything else if FedEx is still used

Don’t buy from these scammers!

I ordered a backpack from this company that never showed up. When I contacted them, they told me that they did an internal investigation and determined that they had sent the backpack, so they weren’t going to give me a refund or send me a replacement. I spent $90 for literally no reason. I could have had a better time lighting that money on fire for the brief warmth and entertainment it would have given me. As far as I’m concerned, these people stole from me.

Horrible experience, Don't Waste Your Time!

Horrible experience. Ordered some clothes for my daughter, been waiting almost an entire month for the package to arrive. Every time I call customer service I hear "very sorry, but there's really nothing we can do." They refuse to re-send any of the merchandise, and say that they can't refund my money until the package is confirmed to be lost. No idea how long that will take. This is the worst customer service I've encountered in a very long time, don't waste your time or money. Many other more trustworthy retailers selling the same brands/products.

This company refused to give me a refund for a pair of 13 dollar sale pants that I returned to them. I couldn't believe it?! It took them over a month to investigate this in their returns warehouse. I called 3 times within that time period to check on the progress. They said I didn't return them and it was my word against tillys. 13 bucks! Why would I waste my time trying to rip that company off for 13 bucks? Why would they do that to a good customer? Say that I didn't return a 13 dollar pair of pants and keep my 13 bucks? It was incredibly offensive. They have an archaic way of dealing with customers and it's rude and demeaning. Don't shop with this company...they are petty thieves!
