No manager or costumer care

I ordered almost $300 worth of clothes from Tillys and it was supposed to be delivered on 9/12. And I never received it. Every time I reach out to the customer care service they just say they can’t do anything because shipping isn’t protected under them. No manager is ever available

Beware of online ordering with this…

Beware of online ordering with this store! I ordered my daughter 3 pairs of expensive jeans. 2 did not fit her correctly so I immediately returned them to the store, tags still on and my receipt. They told me oh this was a sale item like 20% btw. Would not refund, would just give me store credit! It had an orange sticker on the tag that means you cannot return! No where did it ever say that when I ordered. So if you order online they put an orange clearance sticker on it and won’t let you return! I don’t know how a pair of $45 Jeans (this is what I paid ) on sale (20%) could be clearance. So beware of these great little sale emails that your receive!!! Not cool. Go to PacSun. Great customer service.

Tilly's customer service and there…

Tilly's customer service and there shipping carriers SUCK! I ordered school clothes for my son. Day of delivery, I received a notification. Right away I opened my door, no package. So I reached out to Tilly's immediately. I also filled a claim with OnTrac. OnTrac said they had to check with the driver. How does OnTrac know the driver actually made the delivery? They didn't require a signature. Tilly's said they have to check with carrier. Shake my head. Either one take responsibility, why? Cause they already got my money. $500 to be exact. Shady business practices. I hope there's a domino effect of customers beginning to boycott them. As consumers who fuel the economy, we deserve better. I will never shop Tilly's again and if I order with a business who uses OnTrac I will cancel the order.

Horrible experience

I bought my daughter 12 items at Tillys.com for the new school year, all size XL. Every one is going back. Are these clothes for teens, or for kindergartners??? Do you not realize that the average teen girl is wearing women's sizes? Very disappointed that your clothes make average sized girls feel alienated. I also paid for 2-day shipping but got the delivery 8 days after ordering. Was on hold with Customer Service to find out where the order was for over an hour, then got hung up on because they "were now closed."

A trust worthy motorcycle shop

A trust worthy motorcycle shop. Both my kids have taken their scoters and motorcycles here for repair, service and CBT's etc. These guys always do a robust and thorough job. I can't fault the standard of work and services they provide.
That's my honest experience of this long lasting motorcycle shop.

Don’t Shop Here

I bought a couple shoelaces in store to bring home and compare which ones I wanted to keep with the new shoes I ordered. I returned one pair and it was less than $5 but the refund never actually went onto my card and when I asked the store since I have my receipts they sent me to customer service. Customer Service is no help, the store is no help and guess I just gave them product back for free. Customer service for this company is terrible. The product is terrible.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve…

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received from a company. I never received the shoes I ordered and because Fedex claims they “left it at the door” there’s nothing they can do. They are a 500 million dollar company that pays for the cheapest version of fedex delivery and because of this you can’t file a claim on your own package, it’s “contactless” so they don’t knock or ask for a signature OR take a picture because apparently taking a picture requires contact. I called twice and a manager was supposed to call me back and never did. I’m now out of $60 due to a mistake on FedEx’s behalf and there’s nothing I can do. The customer service agents were rude and provided no help. I will never shop here and will make sure no one I know does either. To add, I received an Amazon package at my door on Saturday (tillys was supposedly delivered on Thursday) so somehow Amazon got it right but FedEx didn’t and it’s my fault. Makes total sense.

NEVER AGAIN

Honestly, If I could give this company a negative zero I would give them that very poor customer service and did not resolve my issue. I ordered a gift for my girlfriend’s birthday weeks ago. I was informed by the associate in the store that that shipping is 5 days but I will receive it sooner within 3 to 5. Here we are on the 8th day and still no package. there was no tracking number I had to call the company to receive one. Once I got a hold of Fedex. They explained to me based on the shipping process that the company used I still will not receive my package for approximately another week. This was a major inconvenience which because now I have to purchase another gift from the actual brand. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN BEWARE!!!!!

Received the WRONG item

I ordered a penny board from Tillys. I received a skateboard. I then called customer service & they will not send me the correct board I ordered. I can only return the incorrect package back, wait for my refund then order again (which I will NOT be doing). I should’ve looked at the reviews first because I would’ve never ordered from here in the first place. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS STORE. Terrible customer service & shipping SUCKS.

I think this company is really a joke

I think this company is really a joke. Quality of customer care is horrible. The website clearly was designed but dropouts because it’s poorly designed and functionality is nonexistent. On top of that, should you make the mistake of availing yourself of “free shipping” they use FedEx SmartPost. Are they capable of delivering any packages on time. It’s been 9 days since I paid for my item and the package has been wandering around the Midwest for the last 6. Who knows when I’ll see it? C’mon, do responsible retailers really use SmartPost, the absolutely worst shipping service? Like I said, Tully’s, you’re a miserable excuse for a retailer.

Shipping/Delivery/Customer Service-thumbs down

So basically I second what Lauren said.
I ordered 6 shirts from Tilly’s, they shipped 1 shirt by itself and the other 5 together (which arrived late). The 1 shirt was marked delivered even though it was nowhere on my property. I contacted Tilly’s customer service and they told me the same thing that GPS location said it was delivered and FedEx confirmed they delivered it to my address....but they didn’t. They denied my claim via email and when I called to refute the denial they finally refunded me after continuously claiming that the item was correctly delivered. This seems to be a common occurrence you’d think they’d invest in a better delivery program as to not incorrectly accuse and hold honest customers responsible for delivery mishaps.

Their shipping is slow. The mz Minnesota user below me is still using the race card as a plight. Really disgusting using words like "what's going on in the world for my people" the sooner we stop victimizing ourselves for being different the sooner we can move forward as a whole and the greatest country in this world.

Shop at your own risk (but please don't)

My $100+ order was scanned as delivered to my front door by Ontrac (stores are seriously still using this delivery service?), but the package was nowhere to be found. There is no access to a front door at this address so it's not possible it was left there. After expressing my concerns to Tillys that I strongly believed my order was misdelivered (I get tons of deliveries here without issue, the house is monitored and we know our carriers and neighbors), I was told they'd investigate with Ontrac and get back to me. I separately reached out to Ontrac as well. The final word from both companies was that Ontrac's GPS showed the driver was at the correct location during delivery (they had no ability to provide me with proof of this) and Tillys backed them without question, accusing my package of being stolen and saying therefore they are not liable and nothing can be done. They immediately closed my claim without further action. A few days later a neighbor down the street who had been out of town discovered my package sitting at their address. Our USPS carrier returned it to me. So my neighbor and the USPS did what I paid Tillys and Ontrac to do. Be aware that Ontrac's GPS and drivers are not reliable and Tillys fully entrusts their orders to this system. Neither company will take responsibility to fulfill the service you have paid for. You will receive many canned responses from Tillys that they are not pursuing any action so take it up with your bank. I was almost scammed out of $100+ but thankfully I have good honest neighbors. I'm really regretful I spent my money with them but refuse to risk a similar ordeal to get my items returned. A hugely embarrassing and amateur quality of service from Tillys and I strongly strongly suggest you shop elsewhere.

Complete waste of time!

I am very much unpleased by their lack of concern for warehouse accuracy. My order was being processed for over 96 hrs and after that they informed me that the item was not in stock therefore the order was cancelled. It doesn't take 4 days and more to check if an item is in stock. I'm guessing there are seriously issues with this business and the management isn't doing its job correctly. First time experience was terrible so never buying anything with them. P.S I Was excited to used my hip pack for a soon coming mtb trip but guess I won't be able to get it on time now!

Don’t trust your card information to their website! I’ve NEVER had any issues with card security in the past but conveniently, a day after I purchase an item from Tilly’s, my card information is compromised. Never again!

Good Experience

I read the reviews after I made an order, so I stressed for the 7 days until my order came. It's unfortunate the horrorible experiences people have had, maybe the company has improved because, my order was spot on. I ordered white sneakers and they were completely as the site described. I got the correct shoes, in the correct size, brand new, unbeatened boxes...I had zero issues, so I can't speak about their customer service. I will say their shipping is slow compared to other companies I order shoes from but the site said 3-8 business days and I received mine technically in 5 business days (8 days after I ordered them, I ordered them on a Friday, got them the next Saturday).
