This is a scam company !!!!
i purchased a hp printer less than a year ago from this company and it stopped working i informed the company and they have refused to replace or repair the printer saying for me to get in contact with HP.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!
THEY SCAM THE CUSTOMERS AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.
you are not covered for anything even tho products are less than a year old.
Buy from a company that is trustworthy not a company that scams you.

After reviewing the case, we verified that the equipment failed the functional test, but was received without its original packaging, making it impossible to process the warranty through our channel, as established by the manufacturer.
Therefore, we inform you that you must process the warranty directly with HP. HP will offer you a solution in accordance with its policy, provided you provide the serial number and purchase invoice.
