Do not use
Do not use. We were left for 2 hrs at the airport. We called multiple times and were given different excuses. We were told it was congestion but when we checked Google maps there was none. When we challenged them we were then told it was because it was half term. READ SMALL PRINT AS IT STATES THEY DONT HAVE TO COLLECT YOU FOR 2 HRS!!

Our Terms and Conditions do advise that during particularly busy periods, vehicle return and collection may take up to two hours. This is to set clear expectations during times of high demand, such as school holidays.
Delays can occur due to a combination of factors including airport restrictions, traffic flow around terminals, and operational demand, which may not always be reflected accurately on public traffic maps.
We regret the inconvenience you experienced and appreciate you sharing your comments.
Wrecked the inside of the car
We parked the car for 3 weeks. Initially the company appeared ok, when we dropped the car off. BUT upon return the view of the company totally changed. We telephoned as instructed after we had gone through passport control, informed us to ring when we had collected luggage. Rang and informed that they would be there in 15 minutes and to stay inside the building. Rang them after 20 minutes, as to their whereabouts. Checked to see if we were in the right place, no we needed to go to departures. Explained we are chilled about the time of the collection, we just need a honest indication, informed 3 to 4 minutes. A further 30 minutes we waited! On arriving at the car park our suitcase fell out of the van. However, when we got to the car, the inside was covered with mud, all over the inside of the drivers door, the drivers seat. It was a disgrace. Asked for it to be valeted- no chance. Informed it had been raining and that was the reason it was filthy inside!!! The car had obviously been used during its stay and wrecked inside. We were fuming. Do not use this company

We are sorry to hear that your return experience did not meet your expectations. Our return process requires customers to contact us after passing passport control and again once baggage has been collected, after which instructions are provided for collection. During busy periods, collection times may vary due to airport restrictions and operational demand.
Vehicles may be stored and moved between secure compounds during the parking period, and weather conditions can occasionally affect exterior cleanliness. We do not valet vehicles as part of the service.
We take all feedback seriously and appreciate you sharing your experience.
