Easy to access, staff organised and helpful, 5 mins later were in the minibus to T4 driven by Khalid who was very friendly and helpful. Well run by the nice Manager, it’s the second time we have parked with them for over 3wks and our first choice when flying from Heathrow.

First time parking and on return terminal changed so i e mailed and messaged them but no answer so had to call when landing. Took 30 minutes to get picked up then sat in van whilst driver was on phone for another 5 mins. Eventualy got to car park and car was there but wondered why it had been driven for 8 miles on the clock as i had put ti back to zero. Not sure i would park here again

Service was excellent from the beginning till the end.Prices very reasonable, highly recommend.

Last minute booking accepted. Clear instructions and location directions good. Service received was excellent from arrival to drop off. Return was smooth and straightforward. Staff were all friendly and professional. The car was looked after and ready on my return. Very happy with the service and next time fly from Heathrow will not hesitate to use.

WRITING THIS REVIEW AFTER 4 MONTHS OF TRYING TO CHASE THE CHEATERS. Terrible service.

The worst of them all was that they pre-charged for return pickup at the time of departure.

I called their number over 100 times but the call would not connect and then finally i decided to book an uber which cost me £61 to reach their parking yard where i was told they would refund me the uber cost as their pickup service failed.

Luckily, I had chosen to keep the car keys with me, unlike other customers who had decided to drop off their cars with keys, only to find out their cars were damaged or their keys were lost.

I had emailed their team over and over, but no response as that's what they do best - IGNORE.

I would strongly suggest all customers to read this review and not park their vehicles, which are purchased with hard-earned money, and IGNORE these cheats as they ignore you.

These people don't show for return pickup, and you have to suffer the consequences with your family.

This is not a hate review for people thinking i am doing this purposely and I have attached screenshot with proof about writing emails and getting no response.

If I could give 0 stars then I would - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish the website we booked through had legitimate and honest reviews, as we would never have booked this company. The driver didn't arrive to pick up our car at Heathrow and every time we rung him, he lied and said he was 5 minutes away, to the point where we nearly missed our flight. Luckily, we read reviews online and didn't risk waiting longer and leaving our car with them, we ended up £200 out of pocket, having to source a reliable company to take our car for us. There were people that had returned from holiday who had waited 3 hours to get their cars back, with some being damaged, which also seems the case in their reviews online. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards, this company are crooks and shouldn't be operating.

This is an utter lie and the countless negative reviews of this company show how terrible they really are. 1) We had travelled through the same tunnel on the way to the airport and the traffic did not justify the delay 2) the booking was not ready to be fulfilled on time as the driver was already an hour late when we went with another provider. 3) I tried ringing the driver over 15 times at one point as we were going to miss our flight and he ignored them, so being in ‘constant communication’ is a point blank lie. This company shouldn’t be allowed to operate and it’s a disgrace that they are still able to continue.

Booked through a health service discount partner website and after the booking read many poor reviews online. My wife became pregnant so we were unable to travel anymore, I requested a cancellation and refund; understanding that I would have to forfeit a £35 administration fee which was over half of the booking price. Initially the contact was quick though after weeks of not receiving my refund I sent multiple emails and phone calls. It had been over 2 months since I booked and I left a review online which prompted them to provide me with my entitled refund. They are by far the cheapest airport parking providers but don't put money into their pockets - their service is appalling and doesn't deserve any reward.

About to do my third booking with them this year. The West Drayton Tidy parking are excellent . no problems so far .
The last time we used them we were stranded in Dubai and they were so helpful

When we booked we was promised our car would not be moved from where we left it. When arriving back to Heathrow after 3 weeks in Australia we was left waiting for quite some time before they eventually told us ‘we can’t seem to start your car so we will have to drive you to it’ our car has a ghost immobiliser on it which means once it’s drove past a certain point, it don’t start again without the password. When we booked we did tell them about this and that’s why we made sure the car wouldn’t be moved as we knew it wouldn’t be able to be started again. They had to drive us 15 minutes away to some other location which can only be described as a filthy industrial estate where our car had been moved to and left there (instead of the car park we initially parked in as promised) will definitely never be using this company again as after a long flight home from Australia this was the last thing we needed!

I have now used this company twice and honestly I've never had any problems.

The employees are helpful and kind, i came 15 minutes early to drop off my car and they were absolutely fine with it and then on return my car was ready for me as soon as i got back.

I was so tired after a lovely holiday that i accidentally left my son’s suitcase behind and one of the employees called me near enough straight away and were so lovely and understanding about it, they looked after it while i made my way back to get it.

Honestly i couldn't fault them, definitely will use again.

First of all, I wasn’t made aware that my car would be stored at an alternative address away from the drop off point, only when I checked my tracker and asked why the car wasn’t at the address I dropped it off at was I made aware. Secondly and most importantly, after contacting Tidy Parking that I and my family had collected our luggage and were ready to be picked up following our holiday. They still hadn’t sent a shuttle after 2 hours, and kept making excuses on the phone (when they could be bothered to pick it up) we had a two year old with us and in the end we had to pay for a taxi, Tidy Parking offered us two weeks free parking for the inconvenience. No Thanks I would rather pay twice as much for a professional service. Will never use them again!!
