You could tell the watchmaker cares about good service. Took his time to readjust my vintage watch and was very careful!

They were able to repair and service a vintage Tissot Seastar when a few other companies I contacted said they were no longer able to get parts. The quotation provided was fair and the turnaround time in line with their proposal. I will definitely use them again.

I had taken my fifty year old watch to numerous local jewellers only to be told it couldn’t be repaired. The Tic Toc man came as a recommendation, I made contact, posted my watch and promptly received a quote. All the way through the process we had e mail contact and a few weeks later I received my watch back looking amazing. I am delighted with the service provided and would certainly recommend them.

My 88year old father had a watch he had for over 60 years which we tried getting fixed by numerous watchmakers with no joy.
I found tictoc man on the Internet and within a few weeks the watch was repaired.

I used Tictocman to fully restore my Tissot SeaTouch. Trust me it was in about 7 pieces (I inherited it like that)!
The process was truly transparent every step of the way. Tictocman told me that they couldn’t repair that model but could send to Tissot for me. They gave me a price that I accepted fully. The restore took a while (approx 6 weeks), but I would expect that and it came back fully restored in a Tissot box. I really rate this company and would recommend using them as they will repair your watch or provide an alternate solution whilst keeping you informed along the way.

They repaired my watch when even the OEM couldn’t seem to do it. And they delivered sooner than the promised time.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company. Excellent service on both occasions. This time just a battery replacement, which took 30 minutes, just enough time for a coffee.

The company were very efficient in dealing with my watch repair. They explained the procedure step by step and even the time it would take once the repair was passed to the watchmaker.
When I received the watch back it was as if they hade issued a new watch the quality of the repair was beyond my expectation.
