TOTAL SCAM BE CAREFUL

20 / April / 2026 - Timberwolf at Nuggets basketball game.
WARNING ! Be careful using this scam website. I just missed an Event because of this Tickpick scam. i already have paid for a ticket for a basketball game few days ago and come to find out on the day of the event that my ticket was not transferred. i have order number and everything. i spent hours on the phone. According to the TickPick my ticket got stuck in a transaction between the seller and I. At the end, the customer support offered me to send me the Ticket after the event have already started and refused to give me a refund.

When you had trouble locating your ticket, our support staff was contacted 18 minutes before the event to request that the ticket transfer be resent. Our seller had difficulty with the retransfer, likely because the event had already started. We advised that the box office would be your best point of contact, as the tickets were correctly sent to your account. We requested and received the original proof of transfer from our seller to confirm that your order was fulfilled correctly and met our delivery requirements. The order was filled in accordance with our BuyerTrust Guarantee, and we found no wrongdoing on the seller's part.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated…

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with TickPick. This was my first time ever trying to sell tickets on the platform. I listed FIFA event tickets, but when I tried to transfer them, FIFA informed me it is illegal to sell/transfer through a third-party, I asked customer service what to do and they said they would cancel and give me a 0 penalty. Then lied to my face and received a 542 penalty.
The event is still more than two months away and I still have the tickets. After speaking directly with multiple TickPick random people via email about this exact situation, I was assured there would be a zero penalty fee because I still hold the tickets and the event is far out. I also received TWO separate emails from TickPick confirming that my penalty would be $0.
Despite these repeated written assurances, I was suddenly charged $546.52 out of nowhere with absolutely no explanation, no warning, and no email notification. This feels like a complete bait-and-switch.
Customer service is impossible to get ahold of. You only talk to people in India via email and that is it. They made promises they did not keep and the lack of transparency is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when selling tickets on TickPick. I will be filing an action with the better business bureau and making sure everyone I know on social media knows not to buy or sell on their website.

This was the 1st time I have ever used an online ticket service and I needed help from customer service. The agent I spoke with was very patient with me and very helpful in resolving my issue. I will use TickPick for all my online ticket purchases in the future.

TickPick was easy to go through. Bought the tickets a week before the Blackhawks game and the tickets were emailed 2 days before the game. Enjoyed the game and the prices. Thanks for the easy experience. We will be using again.
