Great Experience

The tickets came days prior to the event. Took away the stress of being a legit company and purchase.

Seller's Beware

I have been a loyal TickPick customer for several years, spending over $1,300 across 6 events on their platform. As a first-time seller, I made an honest mistake by accidentally double-listing tickets on both TickPick and Ticketmaster. The Ticketmaster sale confirmed first, and I immediately notified TickPick in good faith.

TickPick sent me an email informing me that $589.90 had already been charged to my credit card — simultaneously with the notification, giving me absolutely no opportunity to respond or dispute the charge beforehand. This appears to directly contradict their own User Agreement, which states users will be notified before such financial actions take place.

After the charge cleared, I sent multiple emails requesting a resolution and was ignored for days. When I finally received a response, I was told the decision was final with no accommodation offered whatsoever — no partial refund, no credit, nothing — despite being a loyal long-term customer with a clean account history and this being my first ever seller violation.

The way this was handled was completely unprofessional. Charging a loyal customer's credit card without any prior notice, ignoring emails for days, and refusing any form of resolution is not how a reputable company treats its customers. I have since filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the New York Attorney General's office.

I will not be returning to TickPick and would strongly caution anyone — especially first-time sellers — before using this platform.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and truly appreciate your past support of TickPick.

TickPick operates as a secondary marketplace, and when using our AutoList feature, listings are posted across external marketplaces. Because of this, sellers are responsible for ensuring their tickets remain available to fulfill any confirmed sale. If those tickets are sold elsewhere and are no longer available, the order cannot be completed.

In these situations, we are required to follow the policies tied to the external marketplace where the tickets were sold. When a sale cannot be fulfilled, costs are incurred on our end to resolve the issue for the buyer, and as a result, the associated penalty is passed back to the seller. This is not something we apply arbitrarily, and it’s not something we’re able to reverse after the fact.

We understand this can be frustrating, especially when it was not intentional. However, these policies are in place to ensure a consistent and reliable experience across all transactions on the platform.

We appreciate your feedback and your prior business, and we’re sorry this experience did not meet your expectations.

DO NOT SELL WITH TICKPICK!!

DO NOT SELL WITH TICKPICK!!! I signed up to sell a pair of tickets on their platform and also on 1 other. The tickets sold almost simultaneously and I had not taken down the tickets on TickPick. They proceeded to charge my card the full amount of the tickets I was selling so as to avoid a negative review. I am confident this money did not go to the customer who's order was cancelled.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating situations like this can be, especially when tickets sell across multiple platforms at nearly the same time.

As outlined in our supplemental seller terms, situations like this fall under what is defined as a “Busted Order,” which includes instances where tickets are no longer available to fulfill a confirmed sale. In these cases, we are still required to resolve the order for the buyer in accordance with our BuyerTrust Guarantee, which can result in costs being passed back to the seller to cover those obligations. This is not applied arbitrarily and is part of maintaining a reliable marketplace for all users.

We did attempt to gather additional details from you but did not receive a response. If you have any questions or would like us to review further, please reach out to our support team and we’d be happy to assist.

Don’t use them!

It told me to go to AXS to download the tickets when in actuality I should’ve gone to Ticketmaster to download the tickets. The emails told me over and over again that they were coming. I called the service people the day of and it was horrible. We made it to the show, but I would never use them again. They said oops. We sent you the wrong email and then sent me the right one. Don’t use them.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

We understand how stressful ticket delivery confusion can be, especially on the day of an event. In some cases, while your order details may reference a specific platform, the actual ticket transfer is completed through the primary platform used by the seller. This typically includes a separate transfer email with instructions on how to claim your tickets.

In your case, it sounds like that transfer email was ultimately located with the help of our support team, and we’re glad we were able to guide you to your tickets in time for the event. Situations like this are exactly why our customer support team is in place, to step in quickly and make sure you’re able to access your tickets without missing the show.

We’re sorry for the confusion along the way and understand how that can impact your experience. Your feedback is appreciated, and we’ll continue working to make our communication as clear and seamless as possible.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMITTED THEY DO NOT CHECK LEGITIMACY OF TICKETS POSTED SO THEY CANNOT CONFIRM THE TICKETS THAT ARE MADE AVAILABLE ARE IN FACT AVAILABLE. DO NOT USE. THEY ALSO DO NOT PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH REGARDS TO RETURNS OR UNFULFILLED ORDERS. DO NOT USE.

This order was not confirmed by the seller and subsequently voided. Per the terms of our User Agreement regarding unconfirmed orders, “The Buyer's credit or debit card is not charged until the Buyer's order is confirmed by the Seller…After a Buyer places an order to purchase tickets, it is possible that the Seller no longer owns those tickets or for some other reason will not confirm the sale…in this case, the Buyer's credit or debit card will not be charged and the sale will be canceled.” We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to provide a better experience in the future.
