Lifetime Experience

Really excellent service from these guys. I have always promised my daughter a trip to England Wales at Twickenham and, with life getting in the way, it’s taken 21 years to get here. Got the tickets with Tickets Rugby but asked if they could make sure we had decent seats in the ‘lottery’. We have great seats and I am amazed that in the thousands of seats they have to allocate, Tickets Rugby were able to take onboard my request and do their best to meet it. Thanks a lot, I will definitely use you again!,

Can’t Complain

Due to the mixed reviews, I was unsure whether to take a gamble on this site or not.
However when I realised I could pay with PayPal, decided to chance it, as the tickets I required were cheaper here than on competitor sites.
I’ve received the tickets this morning, four days before the fixture, which is cutting it fine as I have to travel. This is the only thing I would consider before ordering from the site again as it does say tickets will be delivered one to three weeks before the fixture.
I had opened a dispute with PayPal yesterday as I’d contacted the site asking where my tickets were but got no reply. I’ve now closed this.
The face value is €100, and I paid £179. I knew the tickets would be over priced, but I don’t feel too ripped off.
Overall I can’t complain and am now looking forward to a weekend in Dublin for Ireland vs Wales in the Six Nations.

Worries unfounded - great service

I saw some of the reviews and was a tad concerned - my worries were unfounded, tickets arrived on due date, as described and was for a VERY prestigious rugby match which had been sold out immediately put on sale!
Yes, I did pay more than face value but considering the match this was understandable - excellent service and thank you.

Honestly NO NO NO NO

Honestly NO NO NO NO. Can't get talking to an actual person on a telephone. Tickets never arrived and group was fobbed off with time delaying fibs so a big rugby trip turned into a simple sight seeing trip.

DON'T DO IT........BURN YOUR MONEY INSTEAD,

I bought two tickets for England v France last May for this years game haing paid £609 for what should have been a good seat the tickets I have been sent are on the corner at the very top of the Stade de France with a face value combined of £68 or there abouts. I paid through Paypal thinking it would provide me some piece of mind but now I am not so sure.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I would give no stars if it was an option. The absolute WORST company to ever TRY and buy tickets from. I bought 2 tickets back in March for my Kiwi partner for the All Blacks v Scotland game on 18/11/17 which still hadn’t turned up the week before. I attempted to contact them through email, Twitter, and Facebook. They blocked me on Twitter then eventually responded mocking me for calling their service appalling and questioning why I was annoyed that they hadn’t arrived. After going back and forth they sent a sarcastic response saying “let’s see what tomorrow’s post yields”. The following day still nothing came, so I emailed asking again where the tickets were to be told they meant “our post not yours”. I’ve now asked for a refund and 4 days before the game I’m now frantically searching for tickets for my partner as he has hotels and trains booked. I’m not holding my breath for a refund and I’d gouge my eyes out before buying anything from this company again.

Waste of time. Do not use this company

Paid for 6 tickets to All Blacks vs Ireland in March and was told 2 weeks out from the game that the person supplying the tickets had gone missing and had taken the money. Was told that they were working the problem and while I have continued to ask for an update they didn't respond. Finally managed to get hold of them and they have refunded the money but there are much better sites out there.

Buy from Ticketbooth only if you have money to waste.

Bought four tickets for England v Italy RBS 6 Nations. Tickets arrived within time by recorded delivery and the actual seats were fine. BUT we paid £189 per ticket (plus p&p) and the tickets had a face value of EUR 55 (i.e. about £43). So we paid over four times the face value! One accepts a certain mark-up as inevitable but this was so much more than anyone could regard as reasonable and was a complete rip-off, not least as other web sites offered the same type of seats for a considerable lower mark-up. When we took this up with Ticketbooth they refused to engage in any dialogue or compromise. Caveat emptor!

Opportunity wasted.

I ordered 3 tickets for a six nations game this year about 3 and a half months before the date of the game. When tickets hadn't arrived under 2 weeks before the game I sent them an email to which they replied promptly saying they were tracking the tickets, and would refund my money if tickets didn't arrive in time.

With a week to go before the game I had received no updates from them at all. I sent another email pointing out the amount of trust I'd placed in them, allowing other opportunities to pass me by, and noting that despite failing to deliver on orders already placed they were still advertising tickets for sale for the game at almost twice the price (I had paid significantly more than face value to begin with). I pointed out that a mere refund of what I had paid would be a massive slap in the face after I had put my trust in Ticket Booth (and paid an additional booking fee which presumably was to ensure everything would be taken care of and nothing left to chance), and that by trusting them to find me the tickets I had effectively committed myself to not getting any, since at this stage the money I had spent would not be able to buy me any tickets from another seller, if I even could find one so close to the day of the game.

Their response did not even attempt to address my point. They merely refunded my money and half-heartedly offered to keep looking for tickets. Thanks to Ticket Booth I most likely will not be able to attend the game, despite making an order and paying for it immediately (it wasn't even as if they waited to receive tickets before taking my money) months in advance. The game is still a few days away at the time of writing but I do not have high hopes of being able to attend.

I am considering approaching the Office for Trading Standards.
