I placed an order with Police Direct over a week ago using the Shop App and unfortunately my address auto populated incorrectly despite the billing address being correct. Despite some delays in resolving this, Police Direct did assist me in getting the item to my correct address.
It has arrived today in brand new condition, despite being used for a fraction of the price I would’ve paid if I’d have ordered it new.
This has definitely made the wait worth it and I’ll definitely use Police Direct again.

Great customer service from Sophia today who went above and beyond to resolve my query.

Due to the mixed reviews, I was unsure whether to take a gamble on this site or not.
However when I realised I could pay with PayPal, decided to chance it, as the tickets I required were cheaper here than on competitor sites.
I’ve received the tickets this morning, four days before the fixture, which is cutting it fine as I have to travel. This is the only thing I would consider before ordering from the site again as it does say tickets will be delivered one to three weeks before the fixture.
I had opened a dispute with PayPal yesterday as I’d contacted the site asking where my tickets were but got no reply. I’ve now closed this.
The face value is €100, and I paid £179. I knew the tickets would be over priced, but I don’t feel too ripped off.
Overall I can’t complain and am now looking forward to a weekend in Dublin for Ireland vs Wales in the Six Nations.
