Great accessible ticket service
Recently I've been needing to get accessible tickets for myself as my husband's carer. This year, Ticket Quarter has changed their system for how they do this and it has been excellent. My enquiries have been responded to incredibly quickly and everything has been sorted out for me without any hassle!

I have used ticket quarter a few times and I am pleased with their service.
The original e-ticket for an event didn’t arrive but they were quick to rectify it.
My problem was dealt with efficiently and quickly
I have an event in Aug and that many fab guests have been announced that I decided I needed a weekend ticket but I'd only purchased one for the sat plus if I was now doing the weekend I needed to transfer some of my guests over to the sun the lady sorted all this for me with no problem at all and sent a confirmation and it took her about 5 mins. I can now comfortably organise my guest photos over the 2 days and allow myself to breathe.

I cant recommend TicketQuarter enough.
I care for my disabled daughter and many times its hard to get help. Lots of places use all the buzz words to make them look good, but when it comes down to the actual service, they fail. Not so with TicketQuarter.
Having a disabled daughter I have to phone up, this leaves me vunerable to tickets selling out before the office opens, but TicketQuarter always make sure that there are plenty of tickets put by for disabled. They are always so kind and helpful and on the odd occassions when things do change, the customer service are quick to respond and quick to help out, going above and beyond.
Incorrect Venue
I booked five tickets (2 adults, 3 children) for the Horror, Rock & Wrestle Fest, advertised as taking place in Stoneleigh, Warwickshire.
After traveling 70 miles to the venue listed on both my ticket and confirmation email, we arrived only to be told by staff at the gate that the event was not happening there.
I immediately contacted Ticket Quarter to request a refund, but they refused, claiming the event was non-refundable. They also insisted they had emailed me about a venue change, but I never received any such email—and I have confirmed this with them.
Since then, they have stopped responding. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for an event at a specific location, and through no fault of my own, I was denied entry. At the very least, Ticket Quarter should be offering refunds to affected customers

Booked last minute tickets to an event. Emailed accessibility at TicketQuarter who went over and beyond emailing me a fast track ticket for my daughter in the middle of the night. Very much appreciated.
Ticket issue
