It was a great show. The atmosphere in the theatre was great. It was organised well.

I bought four tickets to Taylor Swift from Ticketmaster during the presale. My daughter became so ill she had to move back home. I sold our two tickets through official site. I contacted them to change the name of the other two so the other two people could still go. It’s been going on since the beginning of March. Now the other two are fed up and got other tickets because they were worried about making travel plans without securing the tickets. So,
then I went to sell them yesterday, and the option was gone. It had literally been there just two days before. They won’t talk with me and insist on using the lead booker email- even though I paid for the tickets, and both she and I have explained that she is very sick. At this point I’m afraid to change the email address to mine worried it might render th invalid or something. So, now I wasn’t able to get a response from anyone regarding the name change, now I can’t sell them and NO ONE is responding or helping me. Absolutely horrible policy (not protecting real fans and customers at all and certainly not preventing scalping. Just look around for Amsterdam tickets). But yet I couldn’t legitimately give the tickets to people AND now I can’t sell them either and I can’t get anyone to help.

I came because of to see, feel and hear Manfred Mann. But unfortunately he was only sitting in the corner and invisible at the keyboard.

Sound was great, great crowd and the venue is always a nice experience. Shawn was great as always, one of the best voices of our generation.

Have two tickets for Thinlicker coming Saturday but I would like to give one ticket to a friend and sell the other ticket. Both isn't possible. My friend receives a message but can't open the attachment with the ticket.
Reselling through Ticketswap isn't possible (why so?) but Ticketmaster doesn't offer another solution.

The event was amazing. Being an American expat getting to see Country artists in Rotterdam was a dream.

If you buy two tickets best available you get two tickets in different locations of the arenas. Bizar, this only benefits Ticketmaster.

Always Always always book only with seatselection and never ever trust the best seats available selection.
Sometimes you can only book tickets in a foreign language making it difficult to now the exact meaning.
