Honestly do not use this insurance company my son has had nothing but trouble with them after being with them for 1 year and having a no fault accident they have not given h his 1 years no claims even with a letter from theMIB as the other driver was not insured or anything what a joke they taken his 250 each month no problem shocking shocking company in more ways then one

The product is good and…
The actual ticker product is good and the prices are competitive but getting in touch is torture. As i was towards the end of my policy i could not just do a simple swap of my new vehicle i had to go to the chat bot and then wait for a human. Two attempts and forty minutes for each one to get something very simple to be done ive just been told they will have to get back to me. Not sure i have any more time to waste to be honest.

Hard to get through to customer services
Was with this company for 3 years no problem, nothing changed except finishing university and becoming temporarily unemployed and suddenly they won’t insure me despite being a gold standard driver with them for 3 years. Loyalty doesn’t pay off and don’t waste your time as you can’t ever get through to any customer services if there’s a problem.
