I love the cosmetics especially the eye liner and shadows. They last throughout the day and keep their color. The issue is the delivery process. It takes over a week and sometimes two weeks to get yo... See more

I like the mascara, eyeliner and lipliner but their customer service is awful. They were supposed to correct my address last time I ordered. They did not. It was wrong again when I ordered recently. The products hadn’t even left their facility yet they claimed they couldn’t correct the address. Their solution was to cancel my order and make me reorder… (while hoping they refund the original order.) Ridiculous system. The communication regarding the “solution” was not clear and required emails back and forth to get a straight answer and explanation. No offer for a credit despite making me start over and wasting my time.
Their mascara is extraordinary. The eye liner does not budge, even after five hours of kayaking in 35 Celsius.
I am still playing with the waterproof eye shadow stick but the highlighter stick is incredible. My eyebrow gel worked well. Subtle but impactful.
I bought Stella eye brighter and Brynn mascara from a 3rd party. It was awful products. I wanted to just let thrive know what happened so they were aware. They asked if I wanted a return but after explaining I bought from 3rd party. She was just referred me to 3rd party with no empathy or apology or care. Her response was That is third pary person we only sell via our website. If you purchase it from someone or somewhere else we cannot honor any returns or refunds. I told her again 3 times I didn’t want refund or return.i just wanted to relay situation so they are aware 3rd party is ruining there name. She said can’t return or refund sorry. When I told her I was unhappy with her customer service skill this is what she replied I listened to your issue, and I'm sorry you experienced that. But like I said we only sell via our website. The only thing I can do is redirect you back to where you purchased it. Melody has made it were I do t want to even purchase from the site any longer or tell people about them. If this is the way the customer service is trained to deal with thier customers more people are going to be very u happy!
I'm surprised at all the bad reviews on here. I've been ordering from Thrive for a while and never had any issues. The products are expensive, so I don't order them too often. I find them to be good quality.
Everything is wrong delivery is trash customer service is trash client appreciation is non existent I highly recommend buying from this company if you want to get screwed
Horrendous training and customer service of staff was trying to have this company let me know what my options where as far as a return and they just hung up on me twice I can’t imagine every purchasing from a company that treats people this poorly ever again if you want to be treated badly and ignored please go right ahead and purchase from this company if you want a better experience I would go to literally anyone else
I almost never write negative reviews, but i don't want anyone getting robbed like i did. After seeing tons of ads on Instagram for their eyeliner i decided to make a purchase. I also purchased a mascara and CC cream. First problem is that I have paid for priority shipping and it still took 9 days to get here. After trying the eyeliner this morning i was extremely disappointed. Please save your money and go with a better company unless you want to lose your hard earned money on garbage.

The company uses a terrible delivery service of DHL. DHL claims packages are delivered but they always deliver to incorrect address or steal the products!! It’s ridiculous how they can use the worst delivery company in the world!! Beware there customer service in particular Dalia and there supervisor Zoey are unprofessional and do not understand the concept of customer service a company is only as good as the people who work for it and this company has some serious work to do before I ever purchase from them again if you don’t want to lose your money I suggest you shop elsewhere

customer service is terrible, they are rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend purchasing anyone of their subpar products. Only order if you want to be treated poorly and overpay for a below average product.

I purchased the Instant Brow Fix Semi-Permanent Eyebrow Gel. It arrived completely dried out. I emailed customer service, letting them know how disappointed I was. That was all I was going to do - didn't plan to write a negative review. They emailed back very nicely and asked me to email them a photo of the product. I did this, but inquired why, since I provided the invoice number, which they could reference. They indicated it is "policy". So, I complied.
Then they came back and asked for a photo of the wand. I responded that this was getting ridiculous and that they were now inconveniencing me; that they should have asked for all photos at they same time. I let them know I now planned to do what I should have done initially, which is just write a negative review.
The cost with shipping and tax is cad49, you would expect a product to stay and be worth the purchase, but sadly that was not the case. I am beyond disappointed when I tried
I've tried the Thrive eye shadow pencil/crayon and was basically pleased, though most have way too much shimmer and their offerings in matte shades are limited. I (stupidly) decided to give the new waterproof eye shadows a go, and it's a terrible product. As soon as it's applied, it's completely stuck and will not blend or budge AT ALL. There is no way to get this stuff to move, even with the little blend-y thing that it comes with. Hate hate hate this product. Also hate how many times the Thrive ads pop up. Like the good work the company is trying to do, but they need more research and testing.
I was so excited to receive this product for instant eyebrow fix when it came, I tried it was very disappointed with the product saw it’s all on social media so I decided to give it a go as people was saying how good it was but for me, it was so disappointing they coming from china if i would have known this i wouldnt have orded take to long to arrive

I am very happy with my Thrive Causemetics products and the customer service team. I purchased the eye brightener first, and while it really needs a primer or base for it to last through the day, I liked the colour and consistency. Then I purchased the lengthening mascara and the concealer during a sale and I am so happy I did. The mascara is truly the best mascara I have ever used, goes on so smoothly with no clumps and comes off easy at the end of the day. The concealer consistency is so velvety soft and the colour worked great. I used the instant chat on the Thrive website each time I purchased and the beauty rep was helpful and responsive. Overall very impressed with Thrive!!
Stay away from Thrive cosmetics their products smell like feces, and I have a lot of friends that got really bad skin rashes from their products and have thousands of dollars in medical bills
Stop being woke and perhaps I would try. I can't relate to a man wearing make up.

Ordered 2 mascaras and got one that was defective. Did not know that until after the 60 day mark as I did not open second tube until 90 days out and they would not budge on support. As a customer for 4 years I am very disapointed in them not letting me exchange the product.

I so wanted the waterproof eyeliner to work, and I gave it several months of opportunity, following the instructions provided by customer service. Within an hour, the eyeliner had smudged and worn off every time! I went back to my cheap, $3 eyeliner and, lo and behold, it was still there at the end of my long day. I couldn't return the product because I had given it too long to work properly. I can't recommend this product, nor will I ever purchase any of the products in the future. This product failed me long before the date posted below!

I paid for expedited shipping and didn't get it with no refund. Normally I go with standard shipping and get it quicker. Products are great but customer service and shipping is awful.

The company uses lousy delivery service of DHL. DHL claims packages are delivered but they always deliver to wrong address or most likely steal the products!! It’s outrageous how they can use the worst delivery company in the world!! Beware
