This is the worst company I've ever…

This is the worst company I've ever been with!
I'm a carer for my son who has special needs, and heavily heavily relies on Wi-Fi.
We didn't have any reception for over a week. I had to cancel with them, and go with someone else.
Since then they have harassed me every day, texting and emailing asking for money.
I have gone to the communications ombudsman, who have closed the case and informed I'm not with them anymore.
Since then they are still saying I owe them money!
Their evil bloody sharks, and don't have any good customer service. All they care about is getting money out of you.
This has caused me stress, which I could do without.
I'm going to keep putting negative reviews for every email or text of harassment I receive from them on here.
This has been going on for 2 months now.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, cut me off 4 times , then you have to answer all the same questions.
They kept saying I was on a new contract, when it was actually for a replacement router which is now the 3rd one!
SIM does not work and they refuse to send a new one , because router replacement hasn't gone through their system yet.
WiFi signal has been rubbish for months, apparently they throttle the signal regularly.
Would not recommend these jokers , luckily my contract ends soon.

Appalling Chat on the web

Just been through the most awful torturous 1 hour 20 mins on the chat system it was so inept. Asked the same questions several times. Finally managed to change my contract only to find that an add on for Paramount which I had flagged up as something I did not need, was there on my account, despite me not finding it anywhere and when questioned in the Kingston upon Thames branch the guy serving me told me it was not on my account and that it was a scam. Apparently I have been paying £7.50 for it for several months. Also despite real problems, my service was fine when checking on line, only to discover in the shop that we were in a dead area. So disingenuous. If I could find a better provider I would but on the IOW we are very restricted.

Had reported an issue with my phone to three , It keeps on dropping my voice on calls been ongoing now for two weeks , The phone is ok as tried SIM card in another phone and it still does the same the network is at fault , have no choice but to change providers

I have a three mobile contract with…

I have a three mobile contract with expired a long time but I didn't renew the contract ,however about over a month I getting text messages to says that I for am paying a charges subscription to my all sport
4.50 per week and the telephone number is 03333138756 I didn't know where this charge coming from whenever you rang the number the phone number is out of services. They said in a text messages it you need to cancel this services 61777, however I have received a high bill from three, I phone three this morning from 07.45 they didn't open until 08.00 I have spoken to 7people they have me hold for a long time then they said that they have to transfer the call from one department to the other, I was and the phone from over hour and a half .also I have a spend cap and my phone and my number is withheld ,when I have spoken to three they said that I have to want 21 day before they can do anything about it and that they cannot remover any charges ,
I ask are you the one scamming people .I ask the customer services to give me a reference number for the investigation he give me two different reference no 250808103688084 when I ask him to repeat the number again he given this number 250808103688048 ,three is one of the biggest scammers ,three said that they send me an email I haven received any email and all this phone call was this morning 08/08/2025 , I have told three I am putting for 30 days to terminate my service with three , and also they was reluctant to give me the Pac code ,I want all customer to beware of this company I told them I will made public to everyone can read it.

Broken Three (tree) without any sap.

Limited range of mobile phones , out of price range for average buyer and apauling and unreliable network. Many times can't make and receive calls because of dodgy networks. Three is the tenth mobile company I have used over the years and definitely the worst. That said sales people in thier shops are friendly and nice. However, network atrocious and went two whole days not being able to call out and receive important calls. When I complained to Three in thier shop about not being able to use my phone. I was told to use WhatsApp. Shame they didn't use it to tell me thier network was down instead of leaving me to only find out there was a problem by visiting thier shop. Can't believe I allowed myself to be tied into a 24 month cantract and can't break three. Oops I meant can't break free.

I have found the customer service to be…incompetent and needs more training.

I have found the customer service to be unhelpful, unproductive and very very frustrating.
I was, unbeknown to me at the time of looking for a new monthly contract, put onto a business account contract. When i discovered this and asked why I was told that they could give me a better deal / price.
I informed them I did not ask, and do not want to be on a business account. I have never owned a business or been self employed. Then was told the only way I can change it is by cancelling the contract I have now, 2 years to go ! and then take out a new contract. Also that I would be liable for the cancellation fees. I have wrote to the complaints department to request a resolution to this problem, which the 3 shop initiated, so far have not had a reply. Oh, and just found out I cannot access the 3+ app as on this business account. So be aware when you go shop for a new contract, make sure you check all details and not just have a blind faith in their service.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I now have a damaged credit score due to these scammers.2 years ago I reported my phone stolen, it was blacklisted and the sim card was blocked. I still had 4 months to pay on the contract which I paid. Case closed, or so you would think. Until 2 years later I get a letter saying I owe them money and it’s been passed over to a debt collecting company. I contacted three multiple times to be told nothing could be done as the case was now being handled by debt collectors. They were trying to charge me for months for a sim that no longer even existed. it was clearly a mistake on their part, but not a single person would listen to what I was saying. They even stated that there was no record of me ever reporting a phone stolen or blocking the number!! By pure chance months later found a screenshot id taken of the conversation I had online with them whilst cancelling everything and contacted a member of their management team, who only then apologised and said he will “try” to get the account cleared. The best part is this has been going on for months and I still haven’t received correspondence from their debt collecting team, so if I needed to pay the debt I wouldn’t have been able to anyway! My credit score has been damaged by this, I’m not able to take out new phone contracts with other companies now due to their errors. Reading other review it seems like common practice for three to continue charging people after they’ve cancelled contracts which seems like a massive scam!!!

finally got rid of them

finally got rid of them! Found a network that doesnt reduce your daily balance for not making calls and has a web site that works. got content lock removed in 1 minute doing the same on three is a nightmare.

S**T customer service.

its a shame they let their selfs down so much, with the customer service, their products are quite good.
I have been trying to cancel a contract for about six months but they make things so difficult, after being passed from person to person on many calls nothing happens.
I was told once that my account did not exist, ok great ill cancel the direct debit, oh suddenly it reappears and I get a letter asking for money !
last call I made I have been told they can't cancel it as there is no email attached to the account! funny never been an issue before? and if I needed an email why was my account set up? Im certain my email was given anyway.
bottom line, Do not use this company, I was going to get all my employees set up on the Three Tarif but its Not looking very likely now !
