I ordered a shit for my dad’s 60th and was so pleased with it that I ordered six more shirts and got all the help I needed from the one and only Paulo. He’s the best!

This company is amazing! They are super on top of communication whenever I had questions about orders, and would even message me if they have questions about my design. The quality of the shirts are top tier. I’ve ordered the same shirt design twice and both times they have knocked it put of the park.

This is my 3rd order and Threadheads is still perfect. My custom tee decided to go on a secret solo vacation for a few weeks—I assume it saw the price of fuel and decided to walk all the way from Australia to France! 🏃‍♂️💨

Had the wrong address listed on the shipping for the purchase. Emailed customer service and was immediately notified that the order address had been changed and updated and that I would be proved with a tracking number when the product shipped. Great service!

A few Christmases ago, a friend and I got the same idea for gifts for my husband. He’s a big fan of his dog, and—well—the dog is not getting any younger. Without speaking to one another, we both independently ordered him a customized “Jim” (the dog) shirt. I bought from Threadheads and my friend did not. Fast forward 18ish months of consistent wear later and, yall. Threadheads is where it’s at!! The quality difference is insane. I was doing laundry and had to pause to write this. The Threadheads shirt is still looking good, no peeling or visible wear. The other shirt from the mystery other company is peeling and I give it 6 more washes before the design is gone.

It’s just crazy to see two shirts, gifted at the exact same time, worn equally and see the quality difference. This has sold me to forever buy Threadheads!

I made a mistake on the shipping information, totally on me. As soon as I realized the package was getting sent to a non existent address I messaged customer support and they took care of everything in a very timely manner and they were excellent to talk to. Can’t say enough good things.

I contacted the help team to query my delivery. They responded very quickly and explained what was happening in a friendly and concise way.

Ordered on March 13th. Heard nothing until it said it was delayed but shipping in a couple of days on March 20th. I needed it for a birthday this week so reached out for clarification that it would ship from California. They said it would. I then get notification on March 31st saying its shipped from China. Have reached out twice with no reply. Basically a nonsense Chinese dropship company. Avoid and go with something domestic.
