After receiving my package, I felt compelled to leave this company a review. Not only was the shipping clear & quick to deliver but the quality (and I was sceptical) was unmatched. I ordered a Noah Kahan custom t shirt and was so worried considering I technically ‘created it’ using my own photos. However, Threadheads have proved me wrong as the t shirt is better than I could have imagined - I absolutely love it. Will definitely not hesitate to re order.

I placed my order (No. 1012812) in Germany on April 1st. The website stated a delivery time of 6 to 12 business days. Today, April 23rd, according to the tracking information, the package hasn't even arrived in Germany yet, which means it will take several more days for it to reach me.

Since the ordered item is a personalized product, returns are excluded according to the terms and conditions, so I cannot cancel the purchase even though the package didn't arrive in time for today's planned event. I really want to finally receive the products, but the bad experience is very disappointing.

I now expect the company to proactively contact me to rectify this negative experience.

I am prepared to update this review once the problem is resolved and customer service has responded constructively.

The support team contacted me and resolved the issues to my satisfaction. You should expect longer delivery times for international shipments, but the support team really takes good care of your problems.

I originally ordered a T-shirt that somehow got lost in the mail. The Threadheads team has excellent customer service that helped me resolve the missing item and promptly replaced it. I am now the proud owner of a fantastic new novelty T-shirt (Alpha Male Kitten, if you check on their website) that I can work into my rotation of novelty Ts. Thanks Threadheads!!

We absolutely love our customised t shirts that arrived today. My kids put them on straight away.
My 14 year Olds tee collection is slowly being taken over by Thread heads. The fit is perfect for him and the quality is amazing. They wash and wear so well.
