Great perfume
The Thomson Carter fragrance that I like the best is Rogue Avenue, but there are some others that are nice as well. Initially, I bought the sampler. I always have trouble with fragrances--many give me a sick headache, and I just hate buying an expensive bottle of perfume only to have to give it away or throw it away. The sampler was perfect, and I was able to make my purchase of Rogue Avenue without concern.

Customer service is my biggest concern
Customer service is my biggest concern, and Thomson Carter's was top notch, impeccable. I had an issue which was no fault of theirs. I emailed them and the issue was resolved A.S.A.P. . My package was smashed during shipping, which happens my replacement package was shipped and it was not smashed. When I saw how well it was packaged, I know something heavy smashed the first one. I love the body wash and perfume. Thank you Thomson Carter.

Beauty in a box
The product is very important but the packaging and delivery makes it so exciting. Then there are little samples to try.
They do an all most immediate follow up checking on you and how everything was. The black box your item comes in I keep for trinkets or goodies...

Excellent quality products. The scent stays for hours. Packaging was sturdy. I have tried 3 scents and I can not decide which one is my favorite. The shower gels don’t dry out my skin and the scents are pleasant.

I had one 5ml sample spray missing, which I requested.
Dropped a quick email to the “contact us” section on website.
My previous experience with other company suggested I wouldn’t receive a response.
How wrong was I.
Nikki from Thompson Carter responded the very next morning.
I was asked to provide a picture of the items sent and the packing slip.
Nikki was polite, professional and resolved my issue straight away.
The communication was excellent and timely.
The level of service is above and beyond.
Totally happy and would highly recommend.

Not impressed with customer service
First time placing an order with this company. They advertise free shipping over €30 (about $35) but my $60 order showed a $13.90 shipping fee.
After several emails and a rude response from an agent, I give up -
