The product didn’t do as specified. The latch itself worked but didn’t communicate with the car to say the boot was closed. I bought a part direct from Land Rover and it worked straight away. I tried communicating with the company but their preferred method of communication didn’t work.

Fast delivery to norway. Good info all the way.

Everything was perfect. Thank you for the fast delivery – the shipping was really quick and everything went smoothly. Even after paying import taxes to the Czech Republic, it was still cheaper than buying from a local Czech shop, so definitely worth it. Great service overall, I highly recommend!

Product is ok, delivery time to France too.
Bad news is I paid 25€ to ups Guy to pay custom taxes. Please inform your french customer about it!

The headlights are superb, I bought the LED headlights to replace a cheap set I’d purchased and there honestly is no comparison. The DRL / Indicator is excellent and the dual glow dip / main beam is like night and day.
I’d highly recommend them.

Fast to respond on questions. Easy ordering process. The rear differential was shipped from the UK on Monday and arrive in The Netherlands on Wednesday. Had it installed that same day. Well packaged, in good condition.

Unfortunately the item I wished to purchase was showing as 'in stock' however the day after ordering and paying, I received an email stating that they did not have any stock but gave a date of when they would expect delivery. They gave the option of a refund or back order. I opted for a back order which was then dispatched sooner than their expected date so all good news. TPUK kept me informed of the status of my order and I would recommend them to anyone... oh, and a great price too!

Very disappointing

I purchased a set of Thomas Performance LED Headlights (they looked exactly what I was after), had them professionally installed, as there needed to be some electrical work carried out.

There was a problem with one of the headlights. I contacted Thomas, he responded very quickly and said there is/was a manufacturing fault with them.
We had a few emails back and forth to find a reasonable solution (Thomas always answered my messages in good time, which I really appreciated).
I sent the faulty set back and we agreed on a different make, as a replacement.
I found my experience dealing with Thomas to be a good one and I would not hesitate to purchase products from him in the future. Thank you Thomas.
