Mitch, Daniel, Kye and Blake have just spent a week decontaminating our home after a serious house fire at the start of the year. From the first communication they have been nothing short of professional, polite and incredibly generous with their time. After what has been a highly traumatic and stressful time, the team worked tirelessly this week to clear out all of our contents, remove all the debris and clean and seal everything else. Mitch spent time initially ensuring the plan of action was agreed by both parties, and after that didn’t hassle us at all, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Going back into a damaged, but tidy house at the end of the week really lifted our spirits and enabled us to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you so much, we are so grateful.

I recently inherited a Clarice Cliff vase from my late mother's estate. We placed it in the kitchen on a window sill, so we could appreciate every day. Recently we were working in the garden and the kitchen door was open and unbeknownst to us a pigeon flew into the kitchen and in it's panic to get out, knocked the vase over and smashed it on the tiled floor. I was distraught and having collected all the pieces, did a very poor job of reconstructing it. It had so much sentimental value to me.
I eventually decided to claim on my insurance policy for the loss of the vase, not really bothered if they would pay out, as the damage was already done..... However, the process of the claim was really straightforward and done via secure links and personal phone calls. On the Internet the claim was accepted and it was a simple process to upload the photographs of the damaged/reconstructed vase. It was difficult to place a value on the vase as it was a rare unusual piece. I estimated it's value and was rung by a representative, called Nial, who was sympathetic to the circumstances and keen to get an accurate value on the vase. I directed him to Will Farmer and Nial assured me he would contact him and get a proper value on the vase. Within 5 hours, I received a message from Trinty Claims, confirming the value of the vase and offering a settlement at that price less the excess..... I had reported the matter 3 days earlier and we were at settlement..... Incredible, supportive and detailed service
