Ordered a shirt Thanksgiving morning. Have confirmation of receipt of the order and confirmation that the order is on it's way; but nothing. I've got no product to rate, only the sub-par service.

I love the look and feel of the Thomas Dean button up shirts, I'm a tall guy and have to order a tall size- However even at 240 lbs the smallest size shirt available which is a LT-said to be fit is just too big. Really wish there was such a thing as Medium tall so that I don't have to take my shirts to the tailor to have the sides taken in. I will say that Thomas Dean LT is smaller in fitment compared to a Perry Ellis LT which I literally swim in, incase anyone is wondering-

I have purchased from TD in many retail stores so I know the quality is there. I purchased from TD online for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. The shipment was quick and everything arrived in good condition.

The one ding I would give them is that you don't get an order confirmation for a day or two. That leaves you wondering if the order went through. Once they get that fixed, we will be in great shape.

I love ordering from Thomas Dean. Their shirts are great. I have been really impressed with their customer service. They are always on top of things and are very helpful. I will be ordering from them again very soon. :)

High quality merchandise- not the greatest website- and limited availability of their merchandise. Should I want to buy was either a size medium or triple XL

My closet is filled with about 95% of Thomas Dean shirts. The quality of the shirts is unmatched. Thomas Deans' tagline "compliments guaranteed" is much more than a tagline, its a true to life statement. Every timw I wear a TD I get compliments.

I find the Thomas Dean shirts are superior in design, colors and materials! I have added many to my collection and receive compliments each time I wear one.
