First class from start to finish, Gary explained all the options and clearly an engineer himself by his knowledge, very fast fitting date for the boiler conversion to an ideal combi. JD and Tyler turned up on time and what a shift they put in, completing the job within a day when other companies were quoting 3 days work and twice the price. They even resolved an issue with the existing plumbing that was causing problems getting hot radiators downstairs. I can't recommend this company highly enough and if you get the same fitters you are on to a winner. 5 stars isn't enough for these guys.

Thistle boilers (Gary), Was absolutely brilliant, I got various quotes from different companies in Edinburgh and were all way more expensive (1 quote was £2,000 more) for the exact same boiler and installation. I would give Gary a call if you need anything done with your boiler.
When I need my boiler done at my family home Thistle Boilers is going to be my first call.

Absolutely fantastic service delivered! My boilers internal pump stopped working, was out of hot water for a week! Called out a few gas engineers, all said I need a new pump, all gave different quotes and didn't show any urgency to fix it. However Eric was so dedicated, didn't give up and worked for hours until he was able to start the same pump! So knowledgeable and reasonably priced! I'd highly recommend Thistle Boilers for anyone who need honest and reliable service! Thank you so much for all your hard work! :-)

Very happy with our boiler installation, two friendly guys installed it with no fuss, cleaned up any mess in the kitchen and took away the old boiler. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Excellent service from Thistle. Gary arrived to do a survey at the arranged time. We accepted his quote and the work was started soon after. The installers arrived at the allotted time. Work was carried out quickly with minimal disturbance. All waste material was cleared and the kitchen was left clean and tidy. We are very happy with the work carried out and have no hesitation in recommending Thistle Boilers.

Gary and his team were helpful. The work was carried very quickly. Everything was done the way I wanted it to be. Good service and I would always recommend them. I would use them again in the future

Quick and reliable service.
Our boiler was completely knackered and I called Thistle to get a free quote, I got book in and an engineer came to inspect the current boiler and provide a quote.

The quote provided was cheaper than other providers on like by like based but also had extras including free services for 2 years and power flush.

I booked in to go ahead with the work and was booked in for my preferred date. I met the engineer at property on the day provided a key and left them too it. He contact me 30minutes before completion and I returned.

From initial contact right through to fitting, the service provided by Gary and the Team has been faultless.

Appointments all took place as agreed - very reliable.

The fitter took time to replace the 'odd' piping originally in place and has left a very neat and tidy set up.
Follow up call and offer to help with digital timer, if needed.

Would recommend using Thistle Boilers for a boiler renewal. We were talked through different options by Gary and decided on the one with 10 yr warranty. Company supplies and fits good quality boilers. The full service from quote to installation was completed quickly and professionally.

Brilliant company to deal with. We were looking to have new boiler fitted and 1 radiator replaced. Gary visited to see what we were looking for & gave us a very reasonable quote there & then. The work was carried out by JD from Thistle. He was very efficient & really friendly & nothing was a problem for him. He arrived promptly & the job was completed in 1 day. No mess or disruption made. He even spent time with us demonstrating how to operate the thermostat which took a bit of time as we are pensioners & not up on gadgets. Gary phoned the next day to make sure we were happy with the work carried out. We received all the gas safety certificates and boiler warranty by email the same day as the install. We would definately recommend Thistle to anyone as they are very professional friendly & really helpful.

Thistle boilers were fantastic with us to provide and fit our new boiler. I had spent a lot of unnecessary money paying for parts with another company. Thistle boilers were super quick at coming out the next day and we had our new boiler fitted easily and speedy. It is also much more efficient and energy bills less. Gary and the team are helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. Top class service and great price. Really knowledgeable too with regards to information provided about the boilers offered.

I can't recommend Thistle Boilers enough. Gary, JD and Rachel were all very nice to talk to. Job was done in half a day. New boiler fitted, new pipe work where needed, system flush and cleaned up afterwards including removal of old boiler. 10/10 guys!
