Just completed my exchange, and I can’t thank TD enough for their incredible support throughout the process. Stuart has been alongside me for the past two years, not only helping me achieve my investment goals but also guiding and educating me as I completed my very first property purchase.

The board member based in Dubai will lie to get your money on the deposit, then have the senior [south african] secretary make up stuff without any knowledge whatsoever of what is being offered and you WILL lose money dealing with the business despite their claims of "international" exposure. Total fraud.
Absolutely one should not trust them. There is so much better out there that you can and ought to go with in the property sector.

UPDATE: One should NOT trust this company. They do no DD and recommend an investment on the promise to flip it, after deposit and legal they say it cannot be flipped. On top of that business goes under. DO NOT use this business for your own good.

I found Thirlmere Deacon by chance online and have been really impressed, especially by Leo Hayden. Leo took time to understand what I was looking for, not only in terms of area to invest in but also in term of what my options would be long term with each example. Please Be careful. Seems to be all going well initially (ofcourse they are super friendly) and went for the off-plan development to try build a portfolio towards my pension.
then years later, with little substantial updates and only excuses, the developer (Solomon and Empire) seems to have gone bust....

Be careful before paying any money to Thirlmere Deacon. In the end, they will say to you SORRY we were cheated by others (Seller and Developer) !!!

After we expect to lose at least 50% of our deposit and maybe more due to the seller not being able to complete the property after more than 3 years. This is Thirlmere Deacon's attitude "We do apologize we cannot be more of assistance on your case....."

Thirlmere Deacon dealing with Solomon Investment Partners and Solomon are nothing but lies and bend the truth, I'm still waiting for any update to progress on site which I'm sure it's not progressed at all.
The first Target date was Dec 2021 (Missed)....
Second target date Dec 2022 (Missed)
The third Target date should be at the end of Q1,2023. (I strongly expect it will also be missed).

I had been thinking about buying a property for several months, and had been through all the competing websites. Lots of good information, but not always great follow-up service on enquiries. So I had quite a lot of anxiety about the best location, price and something can meet my requirements. With multi option from "Owen" I had settled on a place to invest in, "Sandi" also was great in following up with all other partners to fit my requirements. Now, I finalized the contract exchange stage and looking forward closing the deal soon.

End of 2021 I accidentally came across Oliver Taheri when I was remotely toying with the idea of buying a property in Dubai. I didn't have the slightest idea where to start. He and his team turned out a great find as they, rather than just try to sell you any property and make commission, try to look after you in the bigger picture and advise how and maybe where to invest so you get higher returns long term without being pushy. It was really refreshing after having dealt with the odd broker who would sell you anything as long as they made commission. It is a real pleasure dealing with them and I'm nothing but happy with the investment they guided me to make .
