Simple process but confusing date format

Simple process, but it's a shame the date used US formats (MM/DD/YYYY). That's very confusing for EU based users.

[Response to query below]
When you are asked to enter your date of birth, it uses DDMMYYYY format.
On the next page, when the entered data is displayed for confirmation, it uses MMDDYYYY format.
That caused both me and my wife to stop and double-check. An unnecessary step.

Save all documents in a single, phone-accessible folder

It would have helped if a full list of the documents to be uploaded were given at the start.
The specific reference to wage slips was a puzzle as I clearly indicated that I was retired. It thenasked for details of my pension(!), with only the opportunity to detail one, whereas I have three.
While the ID stuff needed a phone for photos and passport scans, to access pdfs of bank statements needed a laptop.

Only use to prove your identity

I had to verify my identity in order to sell my deceased mother’s house. Very easy to use. The only problem is having to upload a council tax / utility bill. I do it all paperless so it was annoying having to go to the website, locate the most recent bill and try to do a screen shot. Extra faff on my end but hey! They may want to rethink this part in the future. The driving license should be enough to prove your name and address.

Decent, small bugs.

The platform was easy to use, and quite intuitive.

However, two minor issues: My deposit wasn't deducted. And, because this is a second home, the arithmetic stamp duty calculation ended 750, they thought I was 250 short. However, I've emailed the estate agent, and, I guess all will be fine.
