I have been purchasing my raw dog food from this company for over 5 years now and i wouldn't use anyone else. I order in bulk as i have several large dogs and they absolutely love this food. There is a good variety of meats and the meat is delivered in easy to defrost 1kg blocks. The meat is always of a high quality and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend They Love It! A very happy customer.

Amazing company. I have 4 Great Danes that are raw fed so is a lot of food always has what I need in stock and large volumes. Never had any issues.
Also wean my puppies on their food even better for me now they have a branch closer 😃
Many times I have had to do a last minute order due to working and have been able to pick up a hour later. Won’t go anywhere else now

The green lamb tripe is riddled with worms!! It cant be getting stored at the right temperatures for the necessary time...all dogs and particularly my young pups are pooing blood...they are crawling...

It's not giardia its worms.. fecal tests confirmed it's not giardia. Pups are 4 months old the have been wormed correctly and regularly ..I have been doing this 20 years!! Its the tripe that is the cause!
I put them on this directly after royal canin puppy mousse....they have it with royal canin kibble.. the tripe is the source
Theres no other possible contaminant!! They arent mixing...they arent outside because of it and after every course of panacur ( 3 so far ) they are still contracting worms....so unless royal canin are the source ( different batch numbers )...it's the tripe !..

24/11/2023 Further action now being taken. Under my Consumer Rights. This company is persistently refusing to issue a refund. I have REPEATEDLY stated I do not wish to have a credit note.

STILL NO REFUND from this awful company! Despicable way to run a company. Further legal action will now need to be taken. As an NHS employee every penny counts. They have deliberately withheld reimbursement.

I have been using They Love It for over 5 years now, excellent products fantastic Live web site great deals on Click and Collect very fairly priced in fact probably the best prices around. Staff are always friendly, and go above and beyond to help. Keep up

Have been feeding our boy raw food for 5 years. Discovered this local, competitive company 4 years ago - Theyloveit and have never looked back. Same day service for collection available, good prices, choice of good products and friendly staff.....give them a go you won't be disappointed!!

Great selection of food and I can’t find cheaper raw. I now collect and the staff are quick prioritising getting my order ready and they are always friendly.
Their response time to emails for customer service if you have an issue is amazing. Collecting raw means it has minimal packaging of just one cardboard box and bag liner which I think is great, I don’t need pretty packaging.

Used this company for years and always had excellent service. If it’s out of stock they immediately let me know via email that it’s back in stock. No fancy packaging which just gets thrown away. Quality raw food, I have a very sensitive dog and yes I’ve tried other places but always come back to TheyLoveIt it’s 100% quality raw.
Won’t use any other raw food company.

I have used this company for many years and always get great service, food is excellent and my dogs love it. Great prices and great customer service. Never had any issues with deliveries. Cant wait for the new larger store.

Have been with this company some years and always been pleased with the service just recently had a big upgrade, which I found confusing Lucy. The owner went above and beyond to help me through it.I am not really into computers, but she came good for me as she always does raw dog food is good and Lucy has a heart of gold and trust me, if she can help you, she will just be honest

Unfortunately had to speak with Lucy who is apparently the owner of the company, she has no customer service at all, quite rude and not how I expect to be spoken to when paying for a service.

Quick to push blame onto the delivery company so they don't have to deal with the problem.

Also decided to hang up on me, whilst I was still talking after I asked for her name and told her I'd be leaving a review but then decided she wanted to send a "follow up" email trying to justify her non existent customer service.

Had better service from companies who sell exactly the same food on eBay for less money I'd definitely recommend looking there before using this company.

I certainly wouldn't waste my money again with these people to be spoken to like crap.

The raw 80-10-10 food is high quality and well grounded up, my dogs love it. The fish can be added at a very cheap price and is also great quality. Only downside is that due to allergies we would like more choice of flavours but that’s not a criticism would just be nice to order more from this company!

Excellent ordering process, dead easy to select which products you want, you can either pay by card or BACS, and very quick delivery.
Oh, and delivery is included in the price, unlike other companies that look cheap until the checkout.
I love that this company have no fuss, the food is frozen and cut into blocks which are then put into insulated boxes and delivered to you. No fancy packaging, no cute photos of dogs etc, its all about the food which you can order in 5kg, 10kg or 20kg quantities. This makes it very easy if you are a multi-dog household and go through food like there's no tomorrow.
And the dogs really do love it, bowls are licked clean. The mixes do seem to be a little bone-heavy, they are advertised at 10% but I'm not entirely convinced. I'm having to add in some boneless to my dogs meals to get their stools right.
I do wish however, that they had a greater variety, they often seem to limited supply of some mixes. Maybe because they are so popular.
But all in all, I am impressed and will continue to order 30kg a month with this company.
