Fantastic pillow

Don't bother with this company

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Shop elsewhere would be my advice! Delivery completely messed up...more than once, dishonest communication, and an altogether stressful and expensive shopping experience. I wrote a long email to explain my experience...response from the manager (when I asked it to be passed up) was...how can I help? Hmmm, try answering the email would be a good start!

Products are top quality

Products are top quality - Mattress cover and pillow covers is what I purchased. I wish I had purchased my summer wool quilt from Woolroom. I'm sure it is lovely. Shipping and delivery great and no plastic, which is so appreciated. Intend to purchase in the future!

Excellent duvet

Excellent duvet! Ever since I started sleeping under the Woolroom sheep wool duvet, my sleep comfort has become incomparably better. It is lightweight yet perfectly warm – neither too hot nor too cold. The wool regulates temperature wonderfully and is breathable, so I wake up rested, without feeling stuffy or overheated. Additionally, the duvet is quiet, doesn't rustle, and drapes beautifully over the body. I recommend it to anyone who values natural materials and quality craftsmanship. Woolroom – I'm a fan.

Summer quilt

The lightweight quilt I bought is terrific, cool in the heat of last week but warm in the cooler conditions of this week. Strange but true.

Expensive topper was not comfortable and the delivey men booked to return the topper did not turn up…

We ordered a very expensive topper sorting about £650. We were very unhappy with the topper so asked to return it. We had 90 days trial and asked to return it about 5 weeks ago. No one contacted me to collect it so I called Woolroom and was told someone would come today. I took the day off work and yet no one has called to collect it! I am really unimpressed.

Solved my hot mattress problem

After trying a number of mattress cover types and brands, my final effort was to splurge on the Woolroom wool mattress cover. I was getting crazy hot on my tempurpedic mattress and I was past the return window. Problem solved. I do not have to waste money buying another mattress. I appreciated the option to return the cover if it didn’t work. But thank goodness it did!

Did not cool down my hot mattress.

The wool protector did not cool down my overly hot foam mattress as I had hoped. To be fair it did not make it any worse and it was a comfy layer. The returns process was slow - they took the full 30 days before they processed the refund, despite promptings - but it was straightforward.

Really Happy about Plastic-Free High Quality Pillows

We are really happy with our Woolroom purchases. We got 2 pillows and a mattress pad. After watching the Plastic Detox, we wanted the items that are closest to our skin to be all natural. We love that we can adjust the thickness of our pillows with the wool. The quality is just fantastic. Even the packaging and canvas bag that the pillows come in are impressive! We will order again for sure.

Quality product & luxurious sleep…

These products are fairly expensive but in my opinion you get what you pay for. It’s wonderful to be able to buy a product that’s made in the UK by a family run business and the quality is excellent. I previously had a memory foam topper with apparent cooling technology from a well known brand but unfortunately it constantly caused me to overheat. My new topper from Woolroom is luxurious, soft but supportive but most importantly it is fantastic at temperature regulation. After a few days of 30 + degree weather I can safely say that my lovely new topper hasn’t created any unnecessary warmth on hot nights. I can’t recommend the topper enough so if you’re thinking about, take the plunge!

The return process was not good

The return process was not good. You only have 7 days but what we were not told is that it starts from when the return is submitted. So our code expired at 6am the day we went to return (what was on the return reminders as the last day to return) but were never informed of this. I emailed the team about the process being frustrating without this communication and they were not helpful and stopped responding
