The Washi Tape Shop Reviews

The tapes are beautiful and high quality. There is also a lot on each roll, so it lasts a long time and is worth the price point.
But the main reason I am writing this review is my experiences with the customer support.
First I wanted to use a discount code, which was not working at checkout. After using the chatbot (which could not help with the issue) my problem was forwarded to customer support who not only reacted very quickly (one night) but also explained the issue and reactived the discount code.
Then I accidentally ordered with an incomplete address. I reached out to the The Washi Tape Shop and explained the issue. They were so kind and helpful, the issue got resolved and I recieved my package. This was one of the best customer support interactions I ever had, I highly recommend The Washi Tape Shop!

I never have to wonder if the quality of the product is going to be good. I have never ordered an item that I didn't like. For the price, you get great art work and great quality product.

I ordered 3 rolls of Washi/ PET tapes. They are exactly what I hoped for and how they look on the website. I absolutely love these and will definitely order again from The Washi Tape Shop.

I love my washi tapes! The order process was smooth and came quickly for being shipping from international to US! I can’t wait to use this all the time. They are so pretty and dreamy!

I was recently watching Lucy Patrick on You Tube demonstrating greeting cards made with items she got from The Washi Tape Shop. I loved the designs, so I went on the Washi Tape website and ordered the exact same products. Ordering was easy and shipping was fantastic. I love the items I purchased, and plan on ordering from The Washi Tape Shop again.

Good wide washi tape with a beautiful design.

The package arrived neatly and safely. I received my LNY 2026 item with excellent service, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Very good PET Designs , lots of good variety. Certainly recommend

The products are superb. Exquisite designs and kiss cut to perfection. Each tape is individually wrapped up and packages arrive in perfect condition. They also arrive pretty swiftly to

Amazing experience with The Washi Tape Shop! The turnaround time was very quick—I placed my order and it was shipped to Canada within a week. The PET tapes I ordered are beautifully designed, and you get a lot of product for the price.
The only thing I wish is that their website displayed Canadian prices, as that would make ordering a bit easier.
I will definitely be ordering from them again!

The product is as good as you see on the website. and Beautiful! The staff are very friendly and work quickly to resolve any issues. My orders are filled promptly and I recieve them when it's predicted! This is my go -to store for Washi tape!

I like they habe discounts and free shipping. The products arrived good and the washi tape look so as i imagine. I love them. I would buy again

These are high quality washi and PET tapes. I have ordered from there at least 3 times and I keep going back. They have long rolls as well, not like some of the cheaper ones you get on other vendors. I prefer now the pre cut ones to make it easier to execute my layouts on the journal pages. I highly recommend and have fun layering them too, I just now discovered how to do that.

Excellent quality and beautiful washi tape. They arrived very quickly, I love them.
Thank you

The stickers are nice. Wish there were less People and more creatures (birds, butterflies, and other animals) and more greenery such as ivy, leaves, or branches to pair with the Botanical flowers. The shipping speed is incredibly slow. If the shipping were faster, it would be 4 stars.

Love/Obsessed Purchasing Here, cutest designs, beautiful life like images, vibrant colors, quality materials and well made, worth every penny. Ordering, Packaging, Shipping and Delivery 100% perfection. Deserves more than 5 stars. Definite 10/10 quality caring and service.

Haven‘t used the Washi and PET tapes yet, but all arrived savely and sound and is so pretty packaged!

Gorgeous PET tapes, dimensional and easy to use. Fast service, good quality. Didn't need customer service so have no experience with that.

My items are lovely. They were delivered in a timely fashion and are bright, easily removed and will work great with my other collections.
