I was really annoyed when I dropped and smashed the lid from my favourite little teapot, but the delighted to find it could be replaced. Ordering was a doddle and the lid arrived beautifully packed and quite safe after only a few days. Brilliant! Thank you

Lovely company and brilliant service. Ive bought tea for years (nearing a decade) without issue. This is the first time I've received a damaged shipment. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of engagement and level of support from their help desk people. I had a replacement shipment within days. Really lovely and reassuring to know a) how rare it is to have a problem and b) how quick they are to resolve an issue.

disappointed with my experience
I was disappointed with my experience with Tea Makers of London. The products are very expensive, and while the teabags taste okay, there is nothing special about them to justify the premium price.
The customer service was good, and my order arrived without any issues, which is the only positive aspect of my experience.
The packaging also needs improving. A small box of individually wrapped teabags was shipped in a much larger cardboard box, which was unnecessary and wasteful. For a company selling premium tea, I expected more attention to detail and a more environmentally responsible approach.
Overall, I don't feel the quality matches the price, and I wouldn't purchase again unless significant improvements are made.

However, we completely understand your concerns with how your order was shipped, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
