This is to send a huge thank you to Jas, Caroline and Chloe at the Bedford store. Me and my husband had a problem following the purchase of additional minutes packages, all 3 lovely ladies managed to resolve the issue within 24 hours, they are always cheerful and bubbly and make going into the salon an enjoyable experience.

Hednesford Tanning Shop
I recently visited Hednesford Branch after starting again for the summer. I had the pleasure of meeting Lily.. and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Due to not using the beds for a while, I had lost my colour and also forgotten how to use bits of the lay down bed.. Lily was more than happy to explain the bed to me again and the different settings and how to rebuild my tan up again. We also had a lovely discussion about the options of lotions that are available in the branch to buy and which would be most suitable for my skin. I cannot thank Lily enough for her service that evening, she was informative, friendly and got me on my bed on time.. it was a great welcome back to Hednesford store and I’d recommend for anyone to give it a try!

Broken machine
I visited your Stratford Upon Avon branch this evening for a spray tan, but unfortunately, the machine was not working. I was advised to email to request a refund for the £18.75 I paid for this service.
I had requested to receive the amount in sunbed minutes to use this evening instead of the inconvenience of awaiting a refund, but this option was not available which I find frustrating!
Whilst I appreciate this is beyond anyone’s control a little remorse would’ve gone a long way in this situation after a wasted journey to the branch!

Poor product and poor service - 6 tubes not working in stand-up machine, tanning session shut down randomly after 4 minutes of 7, person running the shop wasn’t able to refund me herself and waited on hold to head office for 5 minutes before I lost interest. Useless.

Booked today on my break from work for…
Booked today on my break from work for 2.40 the girl on the desk had no clue what she was doing . Paid for 12 mins £12 pound . Got to 303 still no bed asked for a refund as I had to go back to work was told I could not have one . Finally got the bed at 305 12 mins I could only do 6 as I had to get back to work the lady didn't even say sorry or goodbye. I wont be using them again
