I ordered a knitted jumper. Instead of ‘SUPERMADE’ on the front, it said ‘BORFEND’. The branding of the Indian manufacturing company they use to dropship their clothes. Terrible brand

Horrible! How does this store still exist with the worst quality and poor customer service? Stay away. And forget about trying to return. They will not honor it.
What's worse - they hire many staff to remove bad reviews on various review platforms (that's why their rating is always pending). Typical of a scam retailer.

My package was stolen and they did not have a system in place to refund me for my situation. I was out of $200 and they just said “sorry that happened”.
