I truly enjoy their line up of Clothing and the quality is chef kiss a bit of a wait as well but i dont Mind being patient for some months, The reason for 1 star because i was promised 3 different compensations and none of them got fulfilled and when i try to email customer service they gaslight the fact that i have to order again to recieve the items i was promised,and i still didnt recieve anythinv for the past order or new, not going to say dont shop here but they will be so top notch if they actually stay in touch with the issues thats on their end and fulfill promises of compensation or coupons that equate to the same value but im still waiting on a response and my order

They have great designs
They have great designs. But delivery took awfully long. They would sometimes separate your orders and ship in different dates. By the time I got them, I would kind of lost some interest. Also, the returning process is too difficult and complicated. The make things easier, they did asked me to keep my purchases and gave me a 40% worth of refunds. But, I really do hope to be able to exchange them.

Delivery mishandled and customer service let me down
I’ve ordered from Supermade twice before with no issues, but my most recent experience was disappointing. My parcel was left unattended in a public area and ended up being stolen.
I contacted the company and was told they would look into it, which I appreciated at first. However, when I raised a dispute through my bank, Supermade responded by claiming the parcel had been delivered successfully, despite my earlier communication about the issue.
I did eventually receive a refund through my bank, but the way this was handled left a bad impression. The clothing itself is good quality, but this experience has made me hesitant to order again.

My first time ordering from them I was a bit skeptical, which is normal ordering from any place that is new. Terrible Experience – Avoid This Shop!
I regret shopping at thesupermade. The items I received were low quality, and the sizing was completely off. I tried reaching out multiple times through their ticket system and emails to request a return, but I've gotten ZERO response. It's been days with no acknowledgment of my issue.
The lack of customer service and poor product quality is beyond disappointing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at all costs. They clearly don’t care about their customers.
