The Quality of the shirts are very good , had to order again, but the delivery takes about 6 weeks , they promised to add a free gifts and failed on the promise.

The quality of the waffle knit long sleeve I purchased was perfect with a great design and extremely comfortable material. package arrived in less time than advertised and came very well sealed to reduce likelihood of damage during delivery. Highly recommend.

So at first I was upset my order was taking a long time but after I contacted them via email they let me know it was still I transit, if you need in a hurry I wouldn’t recommend ordering close to event, def give a full 2 weeks, but I am happy with the order very thing came as seen I’m even more surprised it’s great quality material! Will be ordering again

Don’t buy from here this is a scam. I bought the red t shirt and the black sweats and they are such shit quality when I opened the box they came in I wanted to cry. Super thin and cheap and the sizing is weird as fuvk. Spent so much bread I thought it’d be nice I seen them on instagram I was so excited now I’m so mad. Fuvk supermade I hope they go bankrupt and the owner dies.

Came pretty quick when I got a chain from this site (uk) and it was around the 10 day mark. The product came as described and has no faults so far with a decent amount of use.

Delivery arrived pretty fast I live in germany (took around 10 days). Quality is good, clothes look the same as the photos. Sizes can differ, but overall decent.

I bought 2 sweaters, same size, different colors. One fit, the other is too small. These sweaters are thin, overly priced, and cheaply made. I would return both of them and never order again but they are for my granddaughter. It’s taking forever for them to approve the return request for the one that’s too small. Also taking forever to process the order for the replacement that I have already paid for. I will NEVER order from this “company” again!!!

This is the world’s worst company to deal with. I strongly recommend everyone not to buy anything from them.
As most of theirs orders not match your sizes even if you check their online size chart. I placed an order for a black jacket and as usual it was small and I asked for return and after 5 days they sent me an email that follow the link and use any carrier to return it. I packed the jacket but there was no link how to return it. After sending 5 emails of how to return and please send me the link, I didn’t get anything and now it’s already been 15 days and I haven’t received a single email from them. So I would suggest everyone not to buy anything from them as you will be stuck like me. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE

Items always come in pristine condition good quality and for this type of style clothing shipping is pretty good I would recommend sizing up if U like a baggy fit if U think it looks cropped or states it is can't stop placing ordered

A unknown person used my credit card to fraudulently purchase a shirt from Supermade. Requests to stop the purchase were ignored by Supermade. Weeks later the shirt arrived. The customer service has placed barriers to a return and refund. As time marches forward they refuse to acknowledge the charge back as resolved ultimately refusing to provide an address to return the product I didn’t order but have now paid for. Other reviews reporting that a refund is virtually impossible is correct. The bottom line is if you order merchandise it will arrive weeks latter and if you try to return the product Supermade will not return your money

My items were not in stock so they are taking quite some time to restock and ship but the clothes are definitely top tier and swag is great so I’ll be shopping with them again. I would appreciate more communication from them when this happens though.

Scam, stay away. Ordered two items, first item arrived and was so far from what was ordered it ended up in the trash as returns need to be sent to China and shipping cost come from the customer. We attempted to cancel the 2nd order prior to shipment and they sent us back and email requesting us to double think the request and then to send an email back if we were "sure", obviously buying there time, we sent an email back again requesting to cancel and days later they stated that since they now have shipped the item and therfore could not be cancelled anymore.

Customer service is awful, clothes are awful, experience canceling was horrific. This was an entire waste of hard earned money.
