Easy ordering through the website and always exactly what I want in quality.

I've been ordering stickers from Sticky Brand for a while now, and the quality used to be great. But my last three orders have come out horribly cut and VERY blurry.
Even the stickers I reordered that weren't blurry the first time, so I know it's not the artwork. Every sticker looks horribly smudged and unusable.

I'm a returning satisfied customer (from a successful sticker order May 23) hoping to order magnets. The May 23rd order went well and the stickers are great. But this time was a problem. The website didn't recognize my password when I tried to sign in. I tried to reset the password, but the verification code didn't come by email for more than 1/2 hr. Then, on another attempt, the code was sent to a wrong phone number. So I was stuck. Tried to call your phone no., but could not get to anyone (it's Friday afternoon, a business day). I left a message. I did receive an email "Melodie, left something behind?" So to try to get this done, I used that email to go back to the cart. I was able to complete the order. But the frustration earlier this afternoon was very annoying.

I haven’t even received my stickers yet but the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Thanks for the quick responses and answering all my questions. Thanks Maddy!

The site is very user friendly.
I have ordered from you guys countless times and the stickers are always perfect. The turnaround time is excellent and the price is very competitive.

Poor customer service support I’ve the sent multiple emails with no response. And when they did respond, they said they were gonna do something that they didn’t do as in refund my money or reprint my stickers.

It was so super easy to re order. I have loved all our experiences with you guys.

Sticky Brand makes high quality stickers at very fair prices and the service is amazing! I placed an order asking for a proof and got the proof within minutes. It was wrong due to an error on my part and it was fixed in another few minutes!! A+++++

Great experience second time ordering from this site quality products

I was sent my order delayed. I checked multiple days and they dropped off the order 2 days later after submitting the order to USPS. On top of that, they sent me the wrong stickers. I requested they be reprinted and overnighted to me. Due to their screw up, Nicole let me know they couldn’t accomodate it. Total disaster. Avoid them at all costs.

The whole checkout experience is so easy! The deals are always excellent! If I had one complaint, it would only be that as soon as I purchased, I got an email for the exact same purchase. I just made, but it was six dollars cheaper. I’m sure it was just a case of bad timing.

I’ve ordered multiple times from Sticky and the stickers have always been a huge hit. All the stickers have been for our fire station and the prices they have are amazing (I pay out of pocket). The quality of the stickers is great, they’re well cut and consistent. They stick well, even when the kiddos put the stickers on their shirts. The ordering process is great, and they are timely when getting to your proofs and sending out the stickers.

Very easy to navigate through the process. I made sure my image was at least 300 dpi. Every sticker I have ordered from Sticky Brand had been amazing.
