Undelivered Item with Poor Service
It’s been almost a month and I still have not received my item. It’s been sitting at FedEx and not moved in over 2 weeks. I had something engraved so now I just have to wait. They want give refund or resend. This company has to do better… they just keep saying wait it will be delivered it’s held in customs… Poor service!!

The item was damaged and scratched up after three times of wearing it. The steel shop customer service was not helpful, saying they could not do anything for me. I have worn it only a handful of times and its all foggy and scratched.

The engraved money clip ordered wasn't of high quality. The finish wasn't consistent and it was so small that it only holds 2-3 credit cards without any money. The product was a gift to my husband and he can't use it.
