I placed an order with The Steel Shop…
I placed an order with The Steel Shop and received it on April 16, 2026. Upon inspection of all three boxes, I found that:
One item (3.5mm Figaro bracelet) was completely missing
Another item (3mm Thin Franco Link Bracelet) is defective, as the clasp does not close properly
I contacted the company regarding both issues 05/05/2026. Despite this being an error on their end (missing and defective items), I was told I would be responsible for return shipping.
I find this unacceptable. I should not be expected to pay out of pocket to return items that were either not included or arrived defective.
This is my first and only purchase from this company, and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service response.

The chain was received very quickly. It was requested as a gift for a young man who cannot always wear his new wedding ring on his hand due to his job. He opened it this weekend, immediately put it on and loves it. The chain is strong so he feels confident wearing his ring on it.
