I was looking for a gift and stumbled upon it on The Steel Shop. I originally ordered a ring and it came within two days. I had no issues expect for ordering the wrong size. I was confused and reached out to customer service, specifically Yinette! She was very lovely and I had fast responses and our conversation lasted within 5-10 minutes. For this particular design, a small amount of spacing between the beads is intentionally required as part of the construction. This flexibility allows the bracelet to move naturally with the wrist and prevents excessive tension on the cord. Without this spacing, the bracelet would be too rigid and significantly more prone to snapping or damage over time.
That being said, the spacing is carefully controlled during production and is not intended to affect the overall appearance of the piece when worn. We’re sorry if this detail did not meet your expectations in terms of aesthetics.

Loved the selection!
Loved the selection of products and the size range. The products are great quality and shipping was super fast. I also got my products engraved and they came out great. I did have a small issue with my order and it was not dealt with in time, so that was a little disappointing but either to that it was a good experience.
