Placed a large order of just under £500 for a rare fragrance they had showing as available. They sent me an email saying they have cancelled the order and will issue a refund in 10 days. 4 weeks still nothing and the email responses have stopped. Wish I looked this company up before placing the order. AVOID

definitely a scam. took my money and nothing arrived . email is not valid and the telephone number is not taking calls. Have had to log it as a dispute with my bank . AVOID

Placed an order and got a refund within days of each other. I have to assume it’s because the item is out of stock because I didn’t even get an email to tell me! Avoid this company there are better options out there!

Ordered and then as per the other person leaving a review was told it’s not in stock and a refund has been issued, emailed to find out when and so far nothing. No goods no refund yet.

Shouldn't of let me order it in the first place. Christmas is round the corner and I'm a present down now with my money tied up in refund for god knows how many days

BEWARE Scentsshop.co.uk is a scam. This is not a proper retailer but funds will be deducted

They don't care about their customers. Bought candles, their courier brought me an empty box. Didn't do anything to sort out the problem. I won't buy from them again.

Bought for a friend as a gift. She was absolutely delighted with the candle and said it smelt divine.

Fast delivery, good packaging, arrived in perfect condition. Purchased for the look but it smells sooo good! Thankyou.
