I am still awaiting a reply to my emails that I have sent you (6 in total) since mid February 2026.
Could you please respond
BTW I rewatched your Instagram advertisement again and I also want to point out that the pillow did not come in the packaging shown in the ad
The pillow was in a plastic bag and placed in a plain cardboard box.
Upon looking at the pillow again, and comparing it to your advertisement, I can clearly see that the pillow is NOT cloud soft, it is not flexible like shown in your ad, it is much lower than an average pillow and it is not plush like you advertised.
I have not used the pillow and I would like details on where to send it back and a full refund of my money, needless to say I am very disappointed.
I am emailing you again as I am well within the 30 day return policy
