One of my 4 bottles had leaked when arrived, communication with the company was easy and quick and they replaced all 4 bottles without me asking. All 4 perfumes smell like the originals.

I had a discount code for The Scent Reserve so I thought I'd give them a try, the coupon didn't work so I emailed them and got an immediate reply (thank you Pedro). The coupon worked and I got 4 X 100mls and a 30ml for a bargain price of under £30.
The delivery was excellent and arrived within 2 days. The perfumes I ordered smell devine, I especially love the 494 Lost Cherry and 22 I Want Choo. I would highly recommend The Scent Reserve and thank you to Pedro for sorting the discount out for me 👍

Placed an order came very quickly unfortunately 2 items were incorrect. I contacted customer services via email and had a very quick response from Pedro who told that I would be sent the correct items but also could keep the ones sent in error. Excellent service all round.

The perfumes arrived quickly and are very reasonable imitation of the desired scents.
They last well, are great value for money and I would buy again. The only negative I find vs the originals is that on initial application, the scents are very strong and unpleasant, this calms down to become extremely nice after about 10-15 mins.
These are great for daily use, keeping your originals for occasions and special nights out.
Im sure when the fragrances arrive I'll be able to increase this review to 5 star.
The email promo code i received didn't work so customer service promptly sent out a new code within a couple of hours but that didn't work either. As soon as I reported the issue again CS staff were quickly arranging getting the free gift sent out to me asap and were so pleasant in their efficiency.
Just the contact with CS agents alone has made me want to continue purchasing from Scent Reserve before I've even received my order - so many retailers dont care about customer experience anymore, just about profits.

My daughter brought me the box set of five small aftershaves and I was sceptical at first because there was simply no name on any of the bottles. However after trying them and searching on the company's website and finding out what each one was inspired by I have to agree that they are very similar and do last a long time. So impressed I purchased some more.
I received my 4 bottels yesterday and all are very good with good price give 10 out of 10 just advise try these fragrance first before you buy any expensive fragrance from high stores.
