Alan was fantastic. I accidentally ordered a plug with the wrong plug end , completely my own mistake hadn’t checked properly. Emailed customer service and Alan gave a quick response , sending me a return barcode allowing me to return the plug. Within two days of sending off the plug I received the replacement plug. Customer service was fantastic and so is the product

Ordered on Thursday evening. Order arrived on the Saturday amazing service. My usual lady had issues & had waited 9 weeks & some were a birthday present. So went straight onto website myself. I'll use you from now on 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 very happy & Thankyou so much.

Love Scentsy, most beautiful warmers and the melts are long lasting, would buy from Scentsy all the time if there wasn't a £6 delivery fee, good experience each time though.

Good clear website and easy to order and pay. My order was delivered earlier than expected.
My only negative comment is that the very small items were sent in a rather large box and post and packing charge was as much as the item. £6.00 each.

I love Scentsy products. I was amazed with the quick delivery. I received my beautiful Scentsy wax bars the next day. So much choice, I’m very happy with the fragrance’s. I love autumn/winter fragrance but after Christmas, it’s time to welcome Spring fruity fragrance’s. They are lovely and strong.
