Incorrect item sent & delays
Ordered on Sunday on a next day delivery. Order wasn’t processed till Tuesday, arrived on Wednesday. Wouldn’t mind it so much if postage wasn’t so expensive.
Disappointed that an incorrect item was sent and not what I originally ordered. Spoke with the team who apologised and said a replacement would be sent next day.
Called again this morning as I had not received any tracking information for the replacement only to be told that Royal Mail were sending the replacement back to refstop.
Hopefully 3rd time lucky tomorrow

Bought a set of match cards and paid next day delivery than emailed and then got told they’re either going to be delivered on Friday or Monday! Please put on website out of stock and when they’re delivered then make them available for purchase!

Order cancelled
Order cancelled. One of the items in a set not in stock. No initial communication when chased said it would be in stock the next day. Asked for them to advise. No communication. So cancelled the order and will look elsewhere.

WARNING: Order #38539 from January 5th – They take your money and ignore you!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP.
I placed my order on January 5th (#38539), and it has been over two months of absolute silence.
The order is still stuck "In Processing," and the shipment never moved.
I have sent more than 10 emails and reminders to their support team and Maxine, but I am being completely ignored. This is not a professional business - this is a scam behavior.
Save your money and go elsewhere !

I ordered the item and after paid by 5 minutes i cancelled and request to refund the order as i changed my mind , but they ignore my request and continue processing the order next day without even looking to my cancellation and refund request,,,,

Absolutely everything a referee could need and more. Amazing customer service too.
Delivery takes awhile hence the 4 stars but I wouldn’t let that stop my futures orders..

Dont bother.
Lists items they dont have as they are waiting for delivery's but dont contact the customers, then get told be here Wednesday then comes thursday to have the wrong socks to be told be here saturday no delivery, emailed sunday chased on monday phoned to now get a tracking delivery tuesday. Over 1 week from order to maybe get it right.
Wont be ordering from this company again.
