It was good because it was reliable. The delivery was fast, the return was rested, and the price was good.

The RealReal declared an incorrect amount on my customs invoice, which caused UPS to charge unexpected taxes and duties. My handbag is currently being held by UPS until these charges are resolved, and I have not yet received this part of my order.

As per usual. The item purchased had alterations performed by an unskilled person which has compromised the structural integrity of the side seams.

I had a great experience with The RealReal. The item arrived exactly as described, was beautifully packaged, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the detailed photos and authentication process, which made me feel confident about my purchase. Shipping was smooth. I like how user friendly the website was and how you can purchase designer items that are real , in great condition for a fraction of the cost, great for the everyday woman like me tht can not afford brand new authentic designer items and for the way I change my purses and accessories it’s a perfect way to stay in budget but also look great

Excellent experience. I purchased fine jewelry item. I called the store where it was located and Tina was very helpful in sending me photos and videos to see the size and scale so I felt comfortable with the purchase.

Not happy with the shipping timeline, way too slow.
It took a week to go from NJ to CA. I paid for shipping although at this slow rate, I don't think it's worth it.

I was SO excited to receive my Christian Louboutin heels because finding beautiful shoes for my tiny feet is like hunting for designer glass slippers in the wild. 👠✨

The listing said size 3.5, but when they arrived, the shoes were actually a 38.5. Needless to say, they were nowhere near my size and way too big for me.

I like that the bag came on time. I just didn’t like that the bag was bent in order to fit the packaging because I had to put things in the back to really stretch it out to give shape again.

First, the product was definitely as described, and arrived very quickly. The problem was that it came in a big box with no padding materials. The designers box was damaged. It’s a good thing that the product box was sturdy and there was no damage to the product.
