I had a difficult time getting assistance from the store staff, I sent several messages and finally someone got back to me.
The jacket I purchased was listed as size XL, it is in actuality a size L. It doesn’t fit, and I’m having to gift it to someone else

The Real Real is authentic
The Real Real is an excellent purchasing/selling app. I have used the app to purchase many beautiful items. I like the fact that all products are authenticated. There are a couple of apps ( beginning with an E) that sell dupes, not true here. You buy here and get the product you paid for. Nice quality goods too. I haven’t tried selling yet, but plan to in the future.

be careful with sizing
site labeled a vivienne westwood skirt as XL b/c the label on the skirt said size 14, but a UK size 14 is an international size M. make sure you check the measurements before ordering :(

I am so thrilled w/ my first The Real Real experience. I made the purchase about 8:30 in the morning. I received an email requesting to verify some financial stuff and by the next day the item was delivered. It was listed as being in excellent condition the only thing that was not perfect, was the box and who needs the box I surely don’t, so I am very excited and pleased.
