I purchased a bag from your company a few days ago. I was disappointed that the price was high relative to the quality of the bag, but the packaging was even more disappointing. I have purchased bags from your company on several occasions, and the packaging has let me down every single time.

It’s good to constantly find great prices for quality products.

Horrible business. Consigned with Lela Visnjevac and it was a total nightmare. They make all these promises to get your items and once they have them, good luck ever getting assistance again. They sold a pair of excellent condition YSL shoes for $65!!!! Offering a commission of $13!!!!!! Beware of these con artists and understand why they are being sued left and right. Rather than take accountability, Lela blocked my calls and for weeks continues to give me the run around. Avoid these crooks and go somewhere reputable! Will EMAIL YOU TO DEATH WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING THEY PROMISE TO DO.....

This company is a JOKE their customer service is non existent, they lie and they couldn’t care less about their terrible service. Tried to buy a very expensive bag and because they don’t allow you to buy a bag and have it shipped to your sister or your friends house they just cancel the order. The staff in the Miami shop are rude and nasty. Don’t shop here

I sent in a designer item. It was instantly marked as sold at a ridiculously low price, leaving me with a $16 payout. I immediately asked for my item back and was told for over a day that it was still in the warehouse and not to worry.

Later, I received an email saying it had already sold and shipped. After complaining again, I was told it shipped after my return request—directly contradicting what I had been told earlier.

The company was not truthful, and since the item never appeared publicly, I strongly suspect internal misconduct.
I will never do business with them again.

The dress came in horrible condition. It smelled with sweat. It looked like it has been washed about 50 times and the whole shape was out of whack. I consign with this company for many years and unfortunately the quality of the service went all the way down. The dress is absolutely not wearable. !!

The store was well organized and had beautiful items, would come back, and recommend it to others.

👎👎👎👎 I don’t like anything about their logistics—you really have to be careful. Yes, you can find pieces with good value at good prices, but selling with them is HORRIBLE. You wait a full month to receive your payment, they deduct fees for everything (even just to get your items back), and they never confirm the prices they’ll list: they simply post and sell. Guess what? Something that cost you $3,000 ends up on their site for only $200, slashing 50–60 percent of your money. If you disagree with the price, you have to pay for the return.

Then they ship everything back to your house in separate batches—mine arrived two weeks later only because I filed a complaint, even though THEIR POLICY says 30 days. And supposedly, after you reach a certain number of items they “give” you online store credit, but you have to chase them for it or you’ll never see it. I’m really against their ABSURD policies. And worse: if you buy something and want to return it because they listed the wrong size or it just doesn’t fit, you still have to pay the shipping to send it back—they deduct it right from your item. It’s a ONE-SIDED BUSINESS. 😣🧭👎👎👎👎👎👎
