It was shipped almost a week ago, and spent all week in NY, mostly at UPS. Mow they estimate I'll receive this "July 13th" Birthday Gift" maybe by Thursday July 16ht! Ugh! To add insult to injury, while many firms offer free shipping, i had to pay for this "Pony Express" service!

Don't put the full blame on UPS. RealReal has an Account manager with UPS, and based on your volume, you should be insisting on much better timeliness than this. YOU also have a choice of carriers. So my disappointment in not having received this yet is also with RealReal!

The item I purchased was not as described the battery was dead. Further more the watch itself was damaged was not specified

The pictures and the description of items is very good, only one additional description would be beneficial, the country the item is made in, or at least show a picture of the tag “ MADE IN ????”
Otherwise this is a great site, easer friendly.

I found many of the items I hardly wore as marked good which makes no sense since there was very little or no wear on them. Very confusing as to which items you accepted and which you didn’t. Conflicting information. And no picture when I’m supposed to agree with a valuation which doesn’t make sense. Overall my experience hasn’t been great

I’m always generally pleased with my purchases. The photos for the most part are accurate but I would caution you to zoom in on the images because you are able to see smaller imperfections before you buy. For the most part the pictures are valid and clear enough to make a purchase decision but I have once or twice received an order where the image didn’t accurately reflect the condition. All in all I am mostly pleased with my purchases.

Beautiful bag but the inside was more gross than expected. I found a cough drop stuck in the corner of the pouch. Gross! The pictures are never good enough and the descriptions poor. I feel ripped off for how much I paid.

The gown I received was perfect! Will definitely be shopping here again.

Buying proceed was simple. Delivery was relatively quick. Item’s condition was as described but the fit was a bit snigger than expected.

Great experience from ordering to delivery

The ring I ordered exceeded my expectations. It was polished and looks great. Very pleased with my purchase!

Everything was easy to navigate, updates re delivery charges and payments and of course beautiful pieces of clothing!!

My Victoria Beckham dress arrived this morning....utterly divine... so delighted with everything!!

I love my bag. I have always loved the bags I get from TRR.

I loved the Tiffany watch I got. It was in great condition and even better in person. The one thing that was a miss for me is that the description said it came with the manufacturer’s box which I assumed was a Tiffany watch box. But I got a blue cardboard Tiffany box and pouch which is what you’d get with a silver purchase in store. So I wish the description of the collateral was clear up front but I still am keeping the watch.

The listing description was completely wrong and I was sent a kids shoe. Extremely disappointing

DO NOT SELL WITH THEM. The initial person who I worked with was nice, but the system is chaotic and incredibly flawed. Here are a few of the things that have already gone wrong:
-It takes an insanely long time to process, so don't bother if you're in a hurry to get something sold.
-My fur coat was originally rejected, but then I click one button and suddenly it's actually worth $600? That isn't transparent as a seller at all and is incredibly unprofessional in not offering any explanation or communication around it.
-They offer a fraction of what a product is worth. I gave them my $5,000 ring and they offered me $180 for it. I also sent in a mink coat in perfect condition with the certification papers and the original receipt from when it was purchased for $4k in the 80s, and they offered me $100 for it. I could literally get more for it in yard sale.
-I had a gold ring that I sent in that never showed up in their system. No appraisal, no confirmation of it being received, nothing. They said they're sending it back, but, honestly, I'm mentally preparing for it to just be gone with how everything has gone.
-I requested my jewelry be sent back, minus the fur coat, and they processed it to send all of it back, even though I still wanted to consign it at the time. After all this, I wouldn't sell with them, no matter what commission they offered me, so I'm glad I'm (allegedly) getting everything back.

That isn't everything - I just don't want to give this any more energy than I already have. You are SO much better off selling independently online and will get WAY more. Don't do it!
